I Got Told Off One Of My Mates That Hesselink Is Going Down South Too Wigan For £3m..Any Truth In This?

totally agree, koumas is mince, i think we need one wide player, the rest of the midfield is pretty solid

 

Don't want Koumas here. Not exactly any better than we have in the squad. We need players who will make the squad better, Not any less.

 

Our midfield is pritty solid. just need too strengthen our defence..New Left back new center back

 

and a new keeper if the holy one leaves. kasper smiecheal would be a great addition. what do you all think?

 

Hes a no bad goalie but i dont think he is celtic class. we need experince , european class goalie. Thought we were signing boltons goalie?

Nah i don't think the midfield is good enough yet.. If we win the league then our aim for next season is to further our last 16 in the CL.. our midfield cant achieve that, hartley is good for the SPL but he doesn't have much else going for him and his passing at times is woeful.. I think we need a wide player and a holding midfielder.

Erm..Im not sure, our midfield is young-ish just needs too know what too do in europe. Might need too sign players for the bench too house our midfilders for europe..

 

Personally i'd take 3mil for VOH anyday doubt it will happen though

 

3 million for JVOH thats a good price but i cant see strachan selling him.

 

don't understand why jan VOH is underrated, he has a 0.5 goal to game ratio and has scored some good and important goals this season

 

id be happy with 3 mill for him

all had no champions league experience before celtic gave them there chance so i dont think we should be worried about that tbh

I feel JVOH is not suited to our style of game he is not strong enough to be the target man and misses far too many gilt edge chance with his head in the box i gurantee almost every game we play * put 3 headers over or by the post that he at least should be scoring one off hes got a not bad return with goals purley due to the amount of chances he gets in games due to mcgeady and nakamura crosses and corners form naka and robson, he also doesnt hold the ball up aswell as he used to and is easily muscled out often, mind u his challange on novo in first cp old firm game this season was worth wht we aid for him alone. I think that if he is to improve with us he must bulk up a bit as he has no pace and normally in scotland if u make it as a striker its due to being big and strong like sutton and hartson were for us.

 

JVoH

Big Jan has scored some key goals for us this season and despite not giving much in the 2-1 OF game he did what he was paid to do by netting us the winner, which at this rate may have won us the league.

Roman Pavlyuchenko would be a fantastic signing but he's also a dream one. JVoH and McDonald are forming a nice partnership, might not be a Sutton & Larsson but it's getting us goals!

With 14 league goals under his belt and that he finds the net for Holland, I don't want him going anywhere.

feels like i'm the only person who sticks up for him at times. 19 goals and he's had a niggling injury all year, not a bad return
