Probably just not as bad as other games I have watched him play in, was probably just way to happy at the time at how we took the game to them last week now reality hits..

 

He doesnt give a *. For the swedish national team he defends like a lion. Either he doesn't care, our tactics are deeply flawed or more likely a combination of both

 

Wasn’t zonal, out and out man marking, if he was marking zonally I’d agree with you but Lustig had his man and Jozo didn’t. That’s the con of man marking mate.

 

An absolutely shocking footballer at times and way too slow to play fullback or even right center back when we go to a back 3. Used to love the guy and he used to be one of our best performers week in, week out but his time is certainly up.

 

I said this a long time ago and got slaughtered on here.
He is lucky to have been carried by those around him !
This is my first time back since then - never been Celtic class

He's gave his all and served us well for many year's, his time here might be up but it's still sad to see it happen like this

Not nice to see. Thing is if he doesn't get taken out the firing line now, he'll be slaughtered anytime he goes back or loses possession etc..

He looks to be regressing at a fair rate and his confidence shot to bits also. A lethal combination and Brendan really should be the fall guy if he continues to pick him..

 

Personally...I think he is one of the worst right back we have had in our history

He has been trusted by three celtic manager's. A international for a very good Sweden side. Won many cups and medals. He has been apart of some great results domestically and in Europe. Unfortunately he is aging and on sharp decline. To say he is one of our worst RB in history is a ridiculous statement though.

 

I agree. To suggest Lustig is one of our worst right backs ever is horse * of the highest order.
