    I don’t get what you’re insinuating here but I will try and explain the best I can.

    We need quality for Europe, not projects, Rodgers is advocating this and we are advocating it. That will require money, as we all know and we have the money to do it. Musonda is quality, we all accept this, BUT, we had to get him on a loan because we can’t afford to get him on a permanent deal. This is inevitable since Chelsea and the general £PL market is hugely inflated. That does not in anyway insinuate we cannot get this sort of player in the world market.

    We need two or more players that are similiar type of Musonda in quality, obviously, in different positions. Now, since we have roughly £20m in the bank we have well enough to get two or more quality in we would have to either get them through a perm or loan. If its more loans because we do not have enough capital then fair enough. I don’t deny that the markets are inflating us out but we have an obligation to match and thats getting Celtic standard players that are quality to compete in the Champions League, to play at the highest level. If we aren’t going to do that and just keep rolling the dice on project players and withold money then we will not progress and regress in size.

    We keep going on about how big we are (which we are) but we certainly don’t act like it. We appointed Rodgers, which I stated is Celtic standard, it might seem huge in some peoples eyes but if it does then they clearly don’t see us as a big Club.

    The primary objectives for us as a Club, which match in line with the AGM papers as follow, we retain the the League for as much as possible and get Europe after Christmas. Any thing less is unacceptable and does not represent the size and demand of the Club.
