Game of the season

the last old firm game was by far the best game of the season when was the last time we fought like that with our oldest enemies

 

Rangers 16/04/2008 (home) for me. We played so well that day and also got the good result to boot. We were right up against it from the start with a lot of pressure on the team NOT to be beat at home and hand the title to Rangers on our own patch.

 

but the 27th we came from behind and got the manky mob worried about the title slipping

 

Spartak, quality performance against a quality team, huge prize and the ultimate in nail-biting

dont know which one was the best of yours but this was the best game of our season by a mile both football and atmosphere wise. and the best away trip for me of all times. good luck with the spl!

 

All great games for drama, result and atmosphere.
I went for the Spartak game cos it had everything. It was a great atmosphere and it was such an open game. There was chances, goals, skill, and a great pace to the game. Missed penalties, sending offs etc.
Then extra time and pens which we won.
It was basically a £10m game.
It was exciting, dramatic, important, we got the result and the neutral wouldve enjoyed it.
So it ticks all the boxes for me.

 

Best quality that i can remember from a game that sticks out was Pittodrie for me but I went for Spartak that was pretty special game too.
Huns on the 16/4 was also good cos we played so well that night and last minute got the result
I enjoyed a lot of games this season tho....mainly away ones to be fair tho Two Last Motherwell away games were memorable for atmosphere alone

The 27th April Old Firm game was the best for atmosphere and the way we won coming from behind and all a great day

 

Got to be the 16th April, it had everything.

 

the spartak game.
on top of everything else the game had, there was an overpowering tension in the air that night, and you could feel it, partly due to the fact that rangers had qualified the previous night & we simply had to do it.
.
& when we all sang the celtic song at the end...every soul in the stadium...it was SO romantic.
even the russians were happy.

 

Went for first huns win, bg Jans injury time goal second to only Henke in Boavista in terms of the most Ive ever lost it at a goal in my life. Vaulted the row of seats in front of me and knocked the guys who sits theres specs off (sorry again Davy ). Unbelievably emotional after all the hun * we've put up with all season.

Last minute winners V Shahktar and Milan were great as well. I missed Spartak as I was on hols but watched it in Orlando Celtic supporters club which was incredible, plus I gave my ticket to my missus dad who was in tears of joy at the end, so was worth it!!!
