The bhoys done good. EVERYONE thought we would lose at least 1 goal tonight .... but we scored another 4 and didn't concede. Surely that's a plus, Hail Hail?

Back to disagreeing with Hail Hail!!!
Every team has off-days, and not every team has a blistering start to the season. IMO no matter what Celtic did tonight you'd be critical. Of course I'm gutted about no european football, but I do believe Strachan is building a team that will serve Celtic well over the coming seasons.
I'm still 100% behind Strachan and the team, and my glass is always half-filled Hail Hail!!!

After tonight Maloney and Beattie deserve a decent run in the team.

Magic had a few nice touches first half - not sure if hes got loads of goals in him tho.

Overall a decent effort - but remember, that team we played tonight were a mid table SPL team at best.

But it was fun to watch - they had even a hardened cynic like me thinking we were going to do it at one point!

A small step forward for WGS - nothing more.

its half 7 im running round like a blue * fly trying to find sumwhere to watch that match... wer do i end up practicaly round the corner from my house in the Bristol CSC pub... how good is that my local is the CSC beltin... watched the match bit disapointed but since i didnt have blind faith not that disapointed. The Bhoys did better... though defensivly its still a shambles. Good to see the young guns out making such an impact our new signings are gunna be fighting for starting places if they dont pick themselves up... over all well done, this time next year we will have another pop.

....HOWEVER... this whole episode was against Artmedia a team i would have hoped we could wipe under the carpet. If this up hill struggle had been against a decent european side i would be happier... i'm not enjoying giving myself a heart attack against part timers

Damning with faint praise, eh? I mostly find that it's a position taken up by someone who can't really form a valid and well constructed viewpoint. Some one who tries to disguise this inability with seemingly clever and urbane commentary.

That team tonight is a much better prospect that you describe, certainly by SPL standards - a five year old could tell you that. BTW, being a hardened cynic doesn't make you right, it just makes you a hardened cynic, nothing more :87:

    Excuse this cantakerous malcontent(?)

But when the dust settles and we realise where we are, behind in the SPL, a team full of duds and out of Europe, I hope my skepticism/cynicism(REALISM) maybe gets a few converts and we can get down to the business of NOT ACCEPTING THIS * ANYMORE.

At laest mate, I can look myself in the mirror, and can say that I dont shy away from the harsh reality of the situation we are in.

All you * dreamers can go on glowing in your 'glorious defeat' but I for one am disgusted with Celtic.

They have let us down badly.

I think with 60,000 loyal fans every home game over the past 10 years, and we could maybe build on something gradually. But we are headed nowhere bar downhill all the way.

I HOPE NOBODY ON THIS SITE COMES OUT WITH THE * THAT THE TEAM DONE WELL AND WE SHOULD BE PROUD OF THEM.

WE ARE OUT OF EUROPE AND MINUS £10,000,000 AT LEAST IN EXPECTED REVENUE AND STUCK, STILL, WITH A BUNCH OF HASBEENS.

TONIGHT, FAR BEING IT A GLORIOUS EXIT, IT WAS ONE OF THE BLACKEST MOMENTS OF OUR MODERN HISTORY.[/QUOTE]

100% correct, that wee ginger c*nt needs to go & take a fly f*ck to himself & take Camara & Telfer along for company.
Still absolutely disgusted & I won't be fooled by this result for a second.

And who would want to be involved with a club with a load of bitchy, negetive supporters. Really? You remind me of that supporter in major league that bitched and moaned at everything the team did and mellowed out when they got good. Does anyone remember that?

Ya have to stay positive even when things are getting messed up. Leave pressing the panic button to the Huns.
