Lee Wallace will be booking in 'room only' seen as he'll be served his dinner on the park and prefers the world-class breakfasts of David Murray park.

Happy Days. Club's going forward and the Sevco fans are raging. Which is lovely.

it's being developed by Forrest Hotel (will be managed by Radisson Red, but basically it's a Forrest Hotels development). Forrest Hotels is part of the Forrest Group and it's major shareholder (I think the largest shareholder, but if not, certainly one of the major shareholders) is Chris Trainor Celtic share holder

Naming it after fergus would be a nice touch, considering where we were when he saved us. Poetic in a way.

I'd imagine it'll be called something simple like "hotel at Celtic park"

Hope we are going about this on our own.

May be my daft own vision, but could imagine us doing really well with this hotel and museum, and then expanding.
Imagine a celtic owned hotel in vegas as we take on a convention there? Or going on a two week holiday to the Caribbean and staying in a celtic owned hotel.

Nothing too gimmicky, but something real classy with the deep/forrest green colour scheme, subtle nods to football greats of celtic, Scotland and World football.
Booking a city break weekend to berlin and staying in a celtic owned place.

OK, maybe not gonna happen. But as mentioned, dermot knows this industry so I'm sure we can pull off this one at celtic park. But on the bigger picture, why not look to make a hospitallity side of the business grow in to 5 or 6 good hotels dotted around Europe and rake in some extra income?
Even if it's just an extra 1 million a year after all the expenses, got to be worth it for the exposure and growth of the club.

Interesting to see how it operates. You'd imagine that it will be packed on match days but the rest of the week it's going to be dead. During the summer months it would probably be better closing. I don't think many tourists are going to be queuing up to stay in the east end.

Jokes aside, be pretty cool if that caught on as the unofficial name for the place.

Judging by the proposal for it, we will be looking to take full advantage of all and any events in the area and city as a whole. Games at celtic park, hampden, events at the Emirates, any music gigs.
Seen the other day a promo tweet about weddings at celtic park, imagine they will capitalise on that with the hotel doing some hosting and accommodations.
Restaurants and bar open all year will bring in some custom as well.
Would also imagine for any big events at secc, hampden etc there will be a shuttle bus service put on.

And don't know about you lot, but even when I move back to Glasgow, I know I'll go and stay a couple nights to check it out.

Basketball team plays in the velodrome and it also holds other events so I'd be assuming teams and other people would use our hotel because of the conveinance

Spot on also celtic will be holding or making events a lot more often now look at the success of the strip unveiling for starters .the celtic way is handy in that respect and hotel will come in handy as well in the future.
