Film yourself singing about Lee Rigby and then posting it, clever stuff some people need to engage their brain

I thought the GB were given that full 900 seat section to choose who goes into it when it was opened?

I'm not aware of that. I know at least 4 people in that section who aren't members of the GB.

You are a cretin, and so is anyone else who doesn't outright condone singing about Rigby.

All the lonely people, where do they all come from....All the lonely people, where do they all belong ............Eleanor Rigby dies in the church, and was buried along with her name...nobody came................Father McKenzie, wiping the dirt from his hands, as he walks from the grave- no one was saved........All the lonely people, where do they all come from ? All the lonely people, where do they all belong ? :101:

These close trips attract some absolute mutants. Cheap and easy to get to. * from Glasgow who can't be arsed travelling 10 minutes to CP but can find the money for Sunderland.

They were last year except for those who decided to stay where they were, which I don't think accounts for many of the 900.

Regardless of how you feel about the British Army and all that stuff it doesn't hurt to have a sense of common decency. There's too much hatred and bitterness in the world........too many bad people and all the whataboutery doesn't really cut it for me. I felt sorry for Lee Rigby and the manner of his death and wouldn't wish it on anyone. i feel sorry for his mother, his wife, children, siblings and those significant in his life who miss him in the same way I would feel sorry for anyone cut down in their prime. He died a horrible death as so many people in so many places have or will do and I would have the same degree of sympathy for them.

I'm not an apologist just a decent human being. I get the argument that these things are sung and have always gone on in buses, pubs, matches etc and that it will never stop. It doesn't make it right and to be honest I generally believed that, with some things, it was a level that only they sunk to. I've been seduced by the idea that we're the good guys. It makes me sick to my stomach when they sing songs about Jock Stein so I can only imagine how his wife and family might have felt. I hate when they tag our support as paedos etc as it's sickening that they would try to adopt some moral high ground with something so awful. Oddly enough calling us terrorist loving scum doesn't bother me in the same way as one man's terrorist is another mans freedom fighter. That's purely down to interpretation of historical events. That's part of Irish history and sympathized by the majority of our support. Some sticks and stones don't hurt.

I don't want us dragged down to that level. Songs about Tommy Burns, Jock Stein or Lee Rigby are bang out of order.

Maybe they just don't like fellow TIC fans acting like Huns.

Why does it bother you so much if a few fans sing a song ?

I don't know the song as I've never heard it but unless 5000 are belting it out at an away game then why get so worked up over it ?

Idiots who had a go at tommy robbinson done so wearing celtic strips, fair enough have a go at the * but ffs dont wear colours, then you have the idiots singing the lee rigby song, again doing so in celtic colours but these * have to record the whole thing, honestly some people should not be allowed a mobile phone after 2 pints, the GB stuff imo was completely different from the weekends stuff and in no way related, but it just feels like the supports are being attacked from all angles these days and i dont see how it can end well.
