    Who's up for this ?

    Straight forward. You start from whichever letter in the alphabet you want but there's no going back. So if you start with Pep Guardiola , you can only go from G-Z after that.

    You can only use the names they went by during their career for guys like Pele, Ronaldo etc. Any other pick is chosen by surname.

    I believe that if you picked Guardiola first then you couldn't select Garner next as the Ga would be going back from Gu...
