Celtic Park is one of the biggest playing surfaces in FIFA football.

THE only solution is to play to our strengths at CP.

    1) Drop players who are passed it physically. HARTSON THOMPSON SUTTON(Unless fit & Played as a CF)

    2) Drop players who are PURE * HARTSON BALDE CAMARA

    3) GIVE THE YOUTH AND NEW BLOOD THE CENTRE STAGE.

The problem is we have to go out and score alot of goals without conceeding any.

GS has to play his side against Murderwell, the
old hands have let us down again, hopefully
for the last time. Get the young guns in on the
weekend. You know it makes sense. :celt_2:

Yeah but if strachan plays moloney and aliadere up front. drop balde camara and play o'dea and agathe(if hes back) boruc in goals drop thompson and play wallace. Play petrov in the middel. And play lennon as a Defender. We should win the game eaisly but not to sure we will qualify

I hand on heart think that Celtic can still turn the tie around, but we will need the crowd to get behind the team. We are still unfit but with another game under our belts I think thommo's fitness will rise, given the fact that yesterdays game was only his second back from injury. We also need to get petrov more into the game and start with bbj and aliadiere/maloney up front.

Aye get the youngsters out with nothing to lose and at least let's see someone playing with pride in the shirt.

Incidentally, did anyone else think that not that many new celtic shirts were on show in the crowd last night? Or was it just me?

if the celtic fans all show up. in a singing mood we can put the bratislava players in shock hopefully the pitch is a little wet and the night is cold and the plan is to score every 15 mins without conceeding they put 5 past us why cant the real celtic show up on the night and hammer 6 past them. come on the hoops i know i will be there cherring on the Bhoys!

Agreed - a basic tactical switch is needed, at least to surprise them a little. To stand any chance we need to play to our strengths, get out of the blocks flying, and all the other cliches that Strachan will no doubt spout in his BBC-style ignorance.

i agree with playing the young lads . as i said yesterday the best chances came when maloney came on.
but someone needs togive gs , the new signings and the time served bhoys a sharp kick up the *. they are on big bucks and we pay their fekin wages and we deserve results.
i,m going to home leg but to be honest we aint gonna score 6 goals and keep a clean sheet , not with this side.

its going to take a few more games to get the team to gel.But u never know strangest things could happen, just look at how the manky mob won the leauge last season. All we can do is go to the game and shout and scream our support for the bhoys next week and hope that the big man up above is looking down on us

I'm hoping for a miracle let the kids play. It's not going to happen though, Strachan is too short to see over the top of the grass let alone see the light.I suggest we take the close the drapes turn the lights off & pretend there is no one home approach when Artemedia come knocking.
PS:Gordon I have an old couch you can have if you want to return to tv punditry.
