    Good result for Ingolstadt.

What's going on with Leipzig now? They're not even playing till tomorrow.

Haven't really paid much attention to it recently, but check out how many points the Bundesliga teams have earned in the past 5 years (UEFA coefficient). 2nd most points right behind La Liga.

personally the Bundesliga is my fav league to watch.

I don't watch many games outside us but I'd say Spanish and German League probably a higher standard from bottom to top than the EPL.

What they can't offer though is the mystery of who might win it this year. Basically Bayern, Barca or Madrid are going to win both those leagues unless something mental like Simeone happens every 15 years or so.

I know Chelsea wrapped it up before Christmas but it was quite unexpected them to go on such a run. Was hoping Spurs or Liverpool might win it for a change.

I don't know about the Relegation battles, probably the same excitement for every league with 3 teams fighting against it.

Looks like another good result for Bremen against fellow relegation strugglers. Hamburg should be expecting to get slaughtered by Bayern.

Big game between Hertha and Frankfurt on BT Sport 2 at 5.30.

Darmstadt seem to be the whipping boys so it looks like a good time for Augsburg to get some points and away from the relegation zone.

Take it St Pauli must've drawn last week. Pity, but I guess it's better than losing but still, 6 pointers are massive. Weren't they not far off fighting for promotion only 3 or 4 year ago? Thought at one time it looked like HSV would come down and St Pauli would go up. What happened to them?

Results from the quaterfinals of the german cup, kind of.

    Frankfurt - Bielefeld 1-0
    Lotte - Dortmund cancelled(game on March 14th)
    Hamburg - Gladbach 1-2
    Bayern - Schalke 3-0

The draw for the seminfinal looks like this.
    Bayern - Lotte/Dortmund
    Gladbach - Frankfurt

If Lotte wins, they'll play at home against Bayern.

Competition rules mandate the lower league side getting a home fixture if they draw a side in a higher division.

Good to see Bayern give HSV an 8:0 roasting last week.
