You need young, fit, and hungry players. The only players over 27-28 Should be technical creative players. There is no in between. You are either a creative player or you are a ball winning fit aggressive young up and comer. Strachen will see that Varga and Balde are too slow, Unfortunately it will be too late for this year. Bring a creative midfielder from the youth ranks through.
