Dembele's on around £20k. Read an article that stated he was on around £9500 at Fulham.

I hope moussa is on that atleast. The higher the better. Wage offers down south less likely to gain his attention aslong as his wages aren't being tripled or so on.

Wasn't Robbie Keane on a silly wage?

Yeah, but I'm sure Desmond payed most of his wages personally?

Will we spend big in the summer? And by big i mean a few real quality players? This is our chance to bury all domestic threats for the foreseeable future and start building towards a competitive European team.

I'm hoping so. I don't see the gaffer being happy buying SPL quality players, him amongst the board are now looking at Europe and competing each year.

This year I think it was the job to make champions league. Next year I think it's to push on, European football after Christmas.

Domestically, anything less than a treble will be an average year, regardless of who we've brought in and our financial standing.

You expect a treble and if we don't get that you think that'll be an 'average' year. That is just bollocks simple as that. There is good reasons why trebles are rare.

It is an average year, as you just said trebles are rare. Therefore anything less than a treble is... Average?

So a double will be an 'average' year then, seriously the expectations of some people now are getting out of hand.

I don't see why you're getting your knickers in a twist. We're not chanting something out of the question. It's ambition.

I dont think a league and league cup double should be above our expectations. We get a pass into the 3rd(?) round of the LC for playing euro qualifiers, and while the league is essential we are by far the best team in it and it's a disaster if we don't win it.

Yeah, I think it's fair to say that a double for a club of our stature in this quality of league is considered "average". A treble, reaching the last 16 in the CL or further than last 32 in EL is above average

Edit: Also reading CL group stages is above average for us these days

I don't imagine anyone is on more than Brown if I'm honest.
