I think the following players should GO bye byes!
Caldwell! Donati! Naylor! Balde! Wilson! JVOH! M Brown! Hartley! Pressley! Riordan!

The following players should go out on loan to gain 1st team experience and in some cases regain confidence.
Caddis! Sno! Kennedy and Sheridan.

Oh! and if we lose the league Strachan should go as well as it will finaly confirm what alot of us suspected from day one of his tenure, that he cant cope with competition or presure.

Definately not punt Wilson , and only when there's better than Hartley , Caldwell and Naylor in the squad should we even think about getting shot.. People may argue there already is better replacements in the squad..

If we could get anything over £1.5 million on big Jan then I'd take it in the summer..

Probably do need a much better back up keeper than Mark Brown.. If I remember he played the away leg in Spartak conceded a soft goal but played a blinder other than that.. Against Inverness he takes his share of the blame.. He won't get enough of a run in the team to find form so I'd get shot of him.. Balde will not bring in any money so not too fussed if we keep , but Pressley should be allowed to just leave at the end of the season so he can get to know George Burley a little bit better..

Not sure if we'll get much on Donati.. Heard varying prices on what he cost , think it's close to £1.4 rather than £3 million so not too fussed about him at all.. Killen and Riordan are the other two who should probably be on their way to free up wages , and of course we should completely sever ties with Gravesen and Virgo..

 

If he loses the league it will show him up as the mediocre coach/manager most of us already knew he is.
He's signed more duds than successes and his tactics are woeful at times.
Lawell likes him because he's a "yes" man and Strachan cowes tail because he knows he's lucky as * to be at our great club
