Very good today. His dribbling and first touches have improved massively. Love when he brings the ball down and charges back into the midfield, instead of just heading it away.

The first few games he looked a bit off and didn't look interested.

He's now completely different. It's clear he's improving every game and is going to be a top player.

How much did Man Utd pay for Martial?

Don't go there mate. Martial is a much better player than Dembele. It's not even close.

I like Dembele and am delighted to have him but he was quite poor today in my opinion.

Chelsea, Man United and Man City to battle Real Madrid for £40m Celtic star Moussa Dembele

CHELSEA and Manchester's United and City are preparing to go head to head with Real Madrid for Celtic sensation Moussa Dembele.

The young striker, who was an academy starlet at Paris St Germain, has been a revelation since moving to Scotland from Fulham on a four-year contract in the summer.

He has has scored 15 goals in all competitions already, including two against Manchester City in their 3-3 Champions League draw and another fourin two Old Firm games against Rangers.

Chelsea and Manchester United both watched him Dembele at Ross County last week and City will run the rule over him again in their Champions League second leg clash with Celtic on December 6.

But the Spaniards remain in the box seat for a player whose value has rocketed to at least £40million in less than four months.

Real boss Zinedine Zidane has already likened him to Cristiano Ronaldo and Thierry Henry and Madrid officials are understood to gave already put out feelers to Celtic - who signed Dembele on a free - with the prospect of loaning him back to the Scottish champions for a season.

In the meantime Zidane has publicly hinted at 'a great future' for Dembele.

The French legend said: "I have played with great strikers like Ronaldo, Henry and Raul, and you knew on the biggest occasions they would win you games. Dembele is already showing that.

"I understand the biggest clubs in Europe being linked with him and that will be his destination eventually. But he can still progress well at Celtic, who are in Europe."

While, majority shareholder Dermot Desmond claimed the Hoops are not interested in selling the Frenchman.

“We don’t need to sell any players,” he said. “Hopefully we can retain him, but our job is to have players who want to be sought by other clubs in the Premier League and elsewhere.”

I'd be gutted to see him leave, but we could get serious money for him if it gets to a bidding war.

I doubt the £40m figure is true but if it is then great because surely we can find and develop talent costing £10m with that kind of transfer fee. Wonder what his buy out clause is anyway, there will be one.

I think he'll be here for two years especially if we qualify for the CL again next season. He knows he's going to big money anyway so there's no rush.

That was a lovely bit of skill you posted there Crow, the way he nutmegged that Aberdeen player, pure improvisational class.

I'd also like to see Griffiths back in the team, he scored 40 goals last season, we can't just bench him.

First time in years we show a bit of ambition (BR and Dembele) and it's paid off big time.

Hopefully those 2 are just the start.

Hope we hold out for as much as possible, Hopefully Peter doesn't accept the first £15million offer that comes in, we should hold out for double that :34:

You think a guy capped at under 21 level for France, who has scored a few goals in the CL at 20 years old is worth £5-7m ?

It doesn't matter what he's worth in real terms.

If some EPL club wants him then we should be asking for an extortionate price.

    * Andy Carrol cost 35M!

Hate having to talk about a player being snapped up who has only been here a few months but he is that good. Wouldn't settle for less that 25 million now. With every Zidane quote, international goal and Champions League appearance this figure rises!

Aye maybe back before the doo-lally football days of today. He's worth what someone will pay for him & unfortunately in Scotland that is always less but I'd say if he continues his current form for the rest of the season we could get about £15million for him.

Then you have a conundrum; cash in on him while his stock is high or hang on to him & he possibly loses form, gets injured, we don't make Champs league & his price plummets etc etc. For example....at the end of last season I can't imagine anyone thought Griff would be struggling to get a game, one injury later & he can't get back in the team. Things change very quickly.
