That was not the question Lubo asked. Below is the question just substitute Doctor and Souness.

    Answer me this then Doctor, if celtic and WGS part company at the end of the season and the board on high, or dermot desmond dictates (which seems to be our recruitment policy) theat Greame Souness is the man to take us forward,your response to this will be;
secret option c) I'll do what I've done with every other manager since I've been watching Celtic and judge him on results and trophies.

Wgs snook in the back door cause there where no roumers in the paper???? llol.

I think that is a good thing cause it goes to show there are not as much leaks coming out of celtic park as there was in the early 90s.

How can you slate a guy for being offered the change to manage one of the great clubs in european football.

If its down to that maybe Mr Desmond and Mr Lawell should take a long hard look at them selfs. Maybe its time for them to go.

Hoopy no offence intended here but what age are you, your skipping over all the issues to re-iterate your point.

By the Thombhoy, i hope you change your mind, most people i'm sure enjoy your posts even if they are a bit radical at times.

    Fair dues mate..

But its pretty stupid argument to suggest that WGS " snook in the backdoor" who the * was supposed to keep him out.!

Does Marks and Spencers PLC ask there customers on the high street who is gonna be the next Chief Executive,?

    WGS?

Came in and done his job brilliantly, had the ups and downs in performances but overall a great success. What more can you ask for?

Any * that is moaning about the ginger genius should hang there head in shame.

Ermm- who do you suggest should sanction the managers job then?

The Major shareholder, the exiting boss, Brain Quinn, MON and Peter Lawlell - in fact everyone with a vested say ..... I don't get this useless and unfounded argument

I look forward to hearing your "better recruitment policy"

No need for the cheek mike.
Dermot Desmond single handedly appointed both MON and GS as far as i can gauge, as in MON's case it led to the resignation of the cheif executive at the time Alan McDonald was it? as he was in Spain finalising the deal to bring Guss Hiidink to CP after O'neill had refused the job.

I wrote this thread and have enjoyed reading everyone of them. its great that everyone has their own views on whatever thread is ongoing but i think this one has been a very methodical one . Great points on view and personally you lot are a credit to celtic just by the emotion and passion you have for the club long may it continue. All i would say is WGS is manager for how long i havent a clue i support him as a celtic fan the same way i support the players .he wont be the last manager for celtic ,there will be others and i will get behind them aswell to the level were if they are doing a bad job then i will voice my opinion , At present i am not moaning about WGS simply because they are champions and i think so again this year when things changed if they are a losing side not winning anything i will voice my opinion against him until such a day im happy at present
