oh well it'll be good to watch a good hurling team for a change. i'd say we are almost on the same level as the dubs so it may be a cricket score. would have liked to see sheff play in the flesh again.

best of luck with the course mate:50:

the antrim-cats game was pretty good. they only had 5 of the all ireland team but still a decent side. we matched them for most of the game but you always knew kilkenny could step up a gear anytime. i think we'll give the dubs a good game in the championship

    ta very much caoimhin.

that was the first intercounty match i'd seen since the new rules and it was strange to see so few tackles. not sure i like it. tyrone were good but the dubs gave them a good game tbf.

The Dubs. Not closing out a match. When it mattered? There's a new one.

The new rules certainly made the game a bit easier on the eye, but I like huge hits.

they're a good shout for leinster but everyone knows an ulster team will win, kildare will only win leinster because they've an ulsterman in charge anyway. we own football at the minute

lol, cheeky * ha only having a laugh mate. Ulster is the best provence for football at the moment alright. Anyone could win whether it be Derry, Armagh, Tyrone etc. but not Antrim :86:

we gave the cats a decent game the other week, they didn't have a full team but after i was pretty confident of giving the dubs a run for their money.

i prefered it when we were in ulster, at least we won a trophy

Yeah, didnt see it but heard it was a good owl game.
Dublin are after making a major improvement over the last few years. I still think Antrim could beat them tho. Well yis have my support in leinster anyway lad lol.

Ulster was just dirt for hurling when yis were in it, every year was the same owl story :56: Antrim 3-18, Down 0-2

i know mate, the ulster hurling championship was worse than connaught, us, london, down and derry! but as i say we're starved of success up here so any trophy was greatly welcomed.

hopefully playing against such good teams will help us improve in the long term but we're going to get some serious hidings in the next few years.

you bhoys down there happy with mc geeney?
