Big Rab did well! Celtic were poor big time mate. Hartson was seriously unfit and Bobo gifted them 2 or 3 chances. Sutton played centre midfield with Lenny and despite all their efforts there was absolutely no creativity. Zurawski did ok considering, as did Camara. All in all we were lacking in imagination and GS will know what he needs to do.

Next two matches are at home where our form was minging at the end of the season. Central defence and midfield need sorted pronto and have done for almost a year.
I got fed up moaning about the lack of legs between Lennie and Thommo in central midfield last season and don`t imagine sutton is any quicker in there. IMO only one of them should play with petrov in central midfield ,with aliadiere wide right and nakamura wide left (if we sign him).
Positives are camara again and boruc, though I wish the wee man hadn`t told Marsh he is number one pick as I think that won`t last long.
If the fans get on players backs in these next two I imagine it might be a hairy start to the season but I have never judged the team on pre season friendlies as they are always crap.

How did Zuraw play? I am really interested so see his performance in Celtic, although everybody in Krakow knows that he will do better than well (we all know his talent). I'm glad to see Boruc play so well - no surprises here however - we always had very good goalkeepers in top clubs around Europe. So Boruc is no exception being in Celtic now. When CL comes along half of Poland will cheer Celtic, just like last year with Liverpool and Dudek.

I like the look of him, but it's going to be very difficult for him until we sort out the rest of the team. If he played up front with Sutton and had Petrov coming through the middle to support him I think we might start to see what he can do.
He spent a lot of time dropping back to help out last night.

really disappointed with last night's game. bobo wasn't great but, no-one here seems to have noticed how poor varga was last night, well his whole celtic career, he's one celtic player i've never enjoyed or felt comfortable watching.
no'one else here seems to have pointed out how poor the referee was, pre-season or not, he should've been handing out a lot of yellow cards to the leicester players, i think he was letting them away with murder. think levein was trying to prove a point last night.
other poor performances from mcgeady, and sutton. service for the front two was non-existent all night.
let's wait a few matches before we get too carried away with boruc's performance, remember marshall in barca.
