mibbes he said... how'd ye like my goal ya bunch of ungrateful wanks.

here i am standing up for the club while they take pelters from the biased media and you want to take sides wi the enemy.
imo caldwell was quite right to say we'll decide when we're good... not the press. it may seem like a dig at the fans but the fans dont publish and sell their biased reports in every newspaper shop.

our club is jumped upon at every oportunity.

for example.... the press slated us for our dreadfull 1-0 victory over falkirk
then rangers somehow get praised for grinding out their dreadful 1-0
    victory.

glitch in the force their obi wan.

    caldwells right... * em.

timmy. i can see a section of the media chomping at the bit to go back to the days when the first question to any celtic player seemed to be was
"how do you pick yourself up after that defeat"
for me i'd prefer the team to close ranks and deliver the media nothing but corny quotes.
this will * those talentless fuckwits off no end.
chelseas squad did it and had a * laugh at the medias expense they used to place bets on how many quotes they could get into an interview.
    sick as a parrot etc.....

bring back the smell the glove days.

The Caldwell quote was in reply to Keevins slaughtering the team after the Kilmarnock game at CP. He said and I'm paraphrasing here "That we'll decide when we've played well, not some stupid journo who knows * all about football". And I agree with him. Caldwell that is.

Wise up lads. Keevins is the bassa here, not Caldwell.

Was nothin to do wth fans.. stop twisting it that way, the posters that are. Was a comment against a consistently hateful scumag who, remember, laughed his head off, joshing with his hun cohorts when we signed lubo instead of Spencer.

Any jip Caldwell gives the sick Scottish media will have me right behind him, even were he to score a hatrick of own goals previously.

I'm just starting a thread with an absolutely incredulous comment I heard today during the game, so go have a gander at that fo a bit of craic!

    Hail, Hail!

Was not aware of the quote or anything about it until I read this thread. I was going to suggest before I got to your post that he may be talking about the Killie game where Keevins and Guidi said we`d been awful and very lucky to win when I thought, and a good few others thought we`d been pretty decent.

So if what you`re saying is true, then I agree wholeheartedly with Caldwell.
