    Hmmm, never read that part.

Still if your someone who puts on just 1 bet every week, then the offer may be for you.

I have probably bet on 10s of thousands of horse races in my life, and i can safely say races with 30 plus runners jumping over 30 plus obstacles is not something that has yielded a profit over the last 30 years!:56:

Ive obviously won on it a few times, but probably only because i tended to back about 3+ horses, but i cringe too much at the fallers these days whereas in the past i was oblivious.

I wish i wasnt as conscientious as i am now, but i cant fake it, i hate seeing the horses fall.
That said, i am well aware they wouldnt be alive if not bred for it, so im not against it as such, i just personally struggle to 'enjoy' it now.
    * bastarding conscience!!!!!!!Used to be one of my favourite sporting spectacles of the year!!!:31:

Ruby Walsh injured, replaced by Nina Carberry... I'd give it a miss.

I remember asking my old man to put a £5 on the 1979 race and the sod lost the slip with my selection so picked random ones.
If he had put my selection i think i would have won big.
I had picked the first 4 horses in the race

    1) Rubstick at 25/1
    2) Zongalero at 20/1
    3) Rough and Tumble at 14/1
    4) The Pilgaric at 16/1

Not sure how much i would have won.

    Me too mate, me too.

I'm usually * good at it too.

In fact, the only time I've bet twice a year was when I went to Hamilton races, bet on the races, got * and went home with 50 quid more than I came with. :smiley-laughing002:

If that is true, dont let it put you off as she is a brilliant jockey.

In all seriousness, she is one of those jockeys that when i see she is on my selection, it consolidates my selection.

Wasn't on to do with Ruby but Nina Carberry is a great jockey as well, just a couple a quid each way anyway.

Conti drifting to 18's is a massive price
