    For a team building exercise they could go orienteering in the hills in the background there. Split up into teams and sent off into the wilderness. First back to Lennoxtown gets first dibs at the first team in all the pre-season friendlies.

    Anybody know exactly where they are staying or how I could find that out? They're probably staying in one of the hotels under the Pohorje hills. I've just seen a picture on the official Instagram page and recognize the hills in the background. I'm a regular Sherlock Holmes, aren't I? :smiley-laughing002:

    Anyway, wouldn't mind getting an autograph or even taking a picture withe one of the Bhoys so any info would be much appreciated. :bbpd: [/stalker]

    4 games in Slovenia against Celje, Sturm Graz, Olijmpia, Maribor

    3 ICC Tournament friendlies against Leicester, Barca and Inter

    1 Friendly against Wolfsburg at CP

    Not to mention all this sandwiched amongst 6 CL Qualifiers(Getting ahead of myself) and a trip to Hearts in the league.

    Not complaining as all should ensure that every player gets ample opportunity now to try and impress Brendan.

    Knew there would be another home friendly for that weekend.
    That weekend has been sitting open all this time and we have only booked 1 friendly (Leicester) at CP for the whole campaign.


    Brilliant set of friendlies really. So long as the team is sharp, the calibre of opponents we are playing is superb to set us up for the early qualifiers (the Slovenian friendlies), the play off (ICC) and then straight in to league business and be full pelt for the CL group stage.

    Certainly. Sturm Graz and Maribor are the level of teams we will face even at the Playoff stage, so great chance to judge the team and also get them ready for the qualifiers.

    Just watched the Brendan interview with Summer, still speaks a good game, talks about bringing in fewer players of quality rather than quantity. Acknowledges the CB position needs work, and is keen to see guys like Ajer come in to the team and where they can develop.
