In any position on the whole park what is the area of the pitch that historically speed is not a factor? The 10 position. Guile is much more important than speed and you never lose guile. Commons is our best option i here by miles and miles.

Boerrigter and Stokes will leave, I think. Might see Cole leave too.

No no no, Scandinavian market is where we need be prioritising- Elynoussi, Ajer etc.
Boyata is not as bad as everyone makes out, he isn't a ball playing centre back but with Sviatchenko next to him he will do well.
Wanting to sell Rogic as well one of our best players this season?
Thank * you aren't in charge of transfers, back to football manager you go.

Bitton just signed a new contract can't see him going anywhere, agree with the rest though.

In: 'keeper, right back, defensive midfielder and Elyounoussi. Maybe a striker, depending on how CKR does.

Out: Bailly, Efe, Mcgregor, Johansen, Forrest, Boerrigter, Ciftci, Scepovic.

I can't see it happening, but if we get a big offer for Bitton then I wouldn't be too sad to see him go.

Out: Blackett, Ambrose, Mulgrew, Derk, Forrest, Cole, Stokes, Scepovic, Cifti

Would sell Izzy, Johansen & Lustig for good money.

In: LB, RB, CB, DM, ST and 2 wingers. Most important though they have to be quality players that improve us.

    OUT:
Stokes(been * the last couple of seasons),Cole(waste of a signing), Boeriggter(another wasted signing),Mulgrew,Blackett,Scepovic,Ciftci and Ambrose. I might get some hate for this but I would get rid of Forrest again he's been * and inconsistent the last couple of seasons not putting in the effort.

IN-We definitely need a striker to partner up with griffiths, Griffiths just can't do it on his own.I Would put this at top priority,GET A STRIKER!!!!!.

Need a left a new left back to challenge Teirney, he been excellent so far but get one in for cover. Ideally maybe Nathan Ake from Chelsea, he's currently on loan at Watford. Quite a good player, technically gifted, quite pacy...strong.

A new keeper I think is needed as well. Gordon would be a good backup keeper. But these last couple of games he's shown his weaknesses.

Apart from that the team in terms of the midfield , I think we're pretty good , we've got the players just need to use them better. Bitton,Brown, Johansen and Armstrong are perfectly capable.

Also, I've been very impressed with Rogic could definitely see him fitting in this team as well. I'm not sure if he plays out on the left though.

So Here's the team I would love to see:

    Simple 4-4-2

    Gordon/new keeper
    Lustig - Boyata - Sviatchenko - Teirney/Ake

    Roberts - Brown - Bitton - Johansen/Armstrong

    Griffiths - New Striker

The only player I'd like to see us sign from Scotland is John Mcginn. He'd do well for us.

Only a few others would genuinely add anything to our team and probably the best non Celtic player in Scotland johnny Hayes would cost a few million from Aberdeen since we're so close at the moment and I wouldn't want to pay that.

In: A winger, a traditional beat yer man and get the ball in the box winger. McGeady would be ideal but I'm not holding my breath.

A new CB, maybe even 2. Simunovic looks decent as does Sviatchenko although it's still early days, Boyata is dire and Ambrose has had his day.

A striker with a proven track record of SCORING * GOALS in a respectable European league, they can't be that hard to find... can they?

Out: Blackett (end loan), Boyata, Ambrose, Mulgrew, Boerrigter (chase this *), Johansen, Cole, Ciftci, Stokes

I'd also loan out one of Christie, Henderson or Armstrong...

Out: Gordon (Can't imagine he'd be happy sitting on the bench), Ambrose, Lustig, Cole, GMS, Mcgregor, Commons, Mulgrew and Stokes.

In: Mocinic, Elyounoussi, Fletcher, Danny Ward and a new rightback.

    Leaving us with:

    GK: Ward, Bailly and Fasan.

Defence: Janko, New RB, Boyata, Simunovic, Sviatchenko, Kelleher, Tierney and Izzy.

Midfield: Forrest, Roberts, Bitton, Johansen, Brown, Rogic, Mocinic,Henderson, Armstrong, Nesbitt, Christie and Elyounoussi.

Strikers : Griffiths, CKR and Fletcher.

Think I'd be quite happy with that squad, would maybe inclined to keeper Mcgregor however I don't see him getting game time over Henderson.

Have to disagree some what with this post, buying washed up players such as Shaun Maloney is not going to benefit our team considering we already have better options, id much rather see Christie/Forrest play than Maloney. Also Sam Johnstone and Bain are *, Boruc is passed it and on the decline, however id take Lindegaard but don't think he would come to us.

Blair Spittal again is not a player we need, why sell James Forrest and GMS who are both better than him?

Steven Fletcher would defiantly be a good signing but only if we are actually going to bother putting two players upfront which isn't going to happen under Deila. I would however sell Cole Ciftci and Scepovic but would keep Lustig who is our best right back and arguably best defender when on form. Also why do you want to get rid of Tom Rogic who has been one of our best players this season?

For me personally I would get rid of,
    Ambrose-*
    Borregter- RIP
Johansen- Great on form but would rather money
O'Connal on loan again or put him on bench
Mulgrew- Really like Mulgrew but injuries are catching up and where do we actually put him? He's a decent utility player but would rather him get firs team else where.
    Cole
    Ciftci
Scepovic- Sell all three strikers and get someone decent in and bring stokes back.

I think with the players we have at the moment and using 4231 I would go for,

    Gordon
    Lustig, Simunovic, Sviatchenko, Tiereny,
    Brown, Bitton,
    Christie, Allan/Rogic, GMS
    Griffo

However if it was open to picking a new formation I would go for
    Gordon
    Sviatchenko, Simunovic, Lustig
    Christie, Bitton, Brown, Tiereny
    Allan/Rogic
    Griffo, New striker...

With a 352 we are open to flooding the midfield but can also quickly turn that into 5 defenders. The three lads at the back should be more than capable of defending against anything the SPL can throw at them and even in the early stages of champs league and we also have Brown and Bitton who offer support if needed but have more than enough energy to support the forwards. Christie and Tierney offer support from the wings and have plenty of energy and both can put a decent ball into the box and if they get tired GMS and Forrest are able to come on however there defending ability is debatable but in the Spl they should be spending more time going forward anyway. Scott Allan, Rogic and Armstrong should be fighting for the slot in behind the striker and ovbs we still have Commons but he is coming to the end of his career but again offers a high attacking option if we need a goal. Upfront Griffo with a good target man such as Fletcher should give us a very good supply of goals.

    Just my two pennies...

As much as I do like him, and for how great a season he's had, I just think that guys like Allan and Christie have higher potential and can be consistent performers in Europe in time. Christie also has decent pace which not alot of our attacking players have. Just think we have way too mang attacking midfielders and if I had to choose one to go out of those 3 it'd be Rogic.

Spittal, Lindsay, and one of those younger keepers (Johnstone, Bain) which all be future prospects who could get some game time. Think Spittal could be a top winger in time, but would need a few loans to get up to Celtic speed. Wouldn't be bringing him in to immediately be a starting winger.

Buying players like that are what has gotten us into this mess, Spittal has just started showing form very recently and Bain is overrated to *
