There is definitely an element of fear in the team. Especially in Europe or cups semis. We lack big game players massively. Other than Scott Brown, who did more in 15 mins than the rest of the team put together, who else do we have we could depend on when we're up against it, down to 10 men, winning away from home in Europe, going for a treble.

No one has any hunger, any drive. We must have the most unambitious squad of players I've ever seen.

Players and manager have to be blamed. I do think our team are scared of playing in big games and even more so when they take the lead in a big game as they always seem to bottle it.

It's probably one of the most worrying things about our squad for me.

When a team equalises or takes the lead against us, it's like we don't know how to respond and heads go down. Scared might be a little extreme, but it just seems like the vast majority of the squad lacks any sort of belief that they can go on and get something from the game. I wouldn't even say it's down to individuals being particular poor players either to be honest. We do lack quality in certain positions, but all of the players in the squad are decent enough that drawing or losing to Ross County and similar teams shouldn't phase them, but it does from some reason.

It's not exclusive to the players either, Ronny seems to suffer from it as well in these situations. He either takes too long to make substitutions, to the point that the sub doesn't have enough time to make an impact, or he ends up making the wrong one.

I don't know if it's a lack of passion or just a really bad mentality the majority of the team share, but it's something that seriously needs to be addressed.

This . As soon as there is any real pressure to win a football match , and things start getting edgey , and there is alot at stake they go into a shell and play with far less freedom than in the SPL. No desire to express themselves . Mentality of this bunch is abysmal tbh .

What was that Ronny quote about not changing his game plan, "I want to teams to know how are we are going to play and I want them to fear us..." or words to that effect. I actually loved it at the time.

Well the big * problem is when teams don't fear us we have no answer to them.

Team has a big mentality problem. There are not enough leaders on the pitch. Brown made an impact when he came on because he wasn't having any of the * being dished out by the county players.

Our players need to step up when its a fight and not let themselves get ragdolled.

" I'm not into surprising opponents, I want them to fear us because they know what's coming" Or something like that.

It's a great quote. The reality however is pretty much the opposite. Teams don't tend to fear us because they do know what's coming, pretty much down to a tee.

All season long we haven't had a leader in defence. One defender that bosses the rest and takes charge.

We don't look like a team. That's not exaggerating - Its the truth from where I was sitting.

County wanted it - they got it. The amount of backward passes we did was criminal. We had a corner in the second half and all of our players were looking at each other to take it. :52:

Where are the partnerships in our team? We looked like a bunch of individuals playing today. Little heart and little fight. We don't look like a unit or a team who fights for each other.

I don't even know anymore, too drunk to be on here, but I'm just heavy gutted. We have players in our team that look like they do not give a *. :54:

Not sure if it's the same corner you are talking about but we had one in the second half, 4 passes later it was back at Gordon.

    I was * furious.

Just look like we are too timid at times , quite a few * bags in this squad to be fair
