Exact same starting eleven as against Hamilton, only possible change being KT in for Izzy.

Same starting 11 as last night assuming no injuries. Have a feeling we might need to be more patient as St Johnston wont want to be on the receiving end of a doing, so will be less inclined to open up. 4-1 in the end Griff/Commons and Allan.

Did we no change to a two upfront last time against this lot and they crumbled?

St Johnstone on a bit of a poor run themselves, haven't scored in 5 games if I remember rightly, 4-0 the Celts and another two for Griff

Last year we played 2 up top against them and won 2-0, goal from Guidetti and Scepovic.

Tommy Wright usually marks our centre backs from open play, makes it * difficult for us to play out from the back. St Johnstone are * pests to play against.

Goes without saying this will be much more competitive than last night. Still see us bossing it 3-0 but.

Nah mate that was Killie you're thinking of. Guidetti freekick and a Scepovic goal.

Think this will be tight as they will sit very deep.

    1-0.

    Gordon

    Ambrose
    Boyata
    Simunovic
    Izzaguire

    Bitton
    McGregor

    GMS
    Johansen(if fit)
    Allan

    Griffiths

Give lustig and armstrong a rest and keep GMS and izzaguire in, their performances midweek merit a run in the team. Still think johansen has the potential to be our best player, he was fantastic last season.

    Gordon

    Lustig - Ambrose - Jozo - Tierney

    Bitton - McGregor

    GMS - Allan - Armstrong

    Griffiths

Allan and Tierney back in assuming Rogic is out from his knock during the week and KT if fully fit again with GMS keeping his place after playing so well against Hamilton.

Not having Johansen fit makes selecting a team a whole lot easier, he really needs to up his game. Commons could play the 10 but Allan is setting up goals every time he gets off the bench and may get his shot, Kris is a bit of a headache for Delia just now.

Expecting Allan to start here, with Rogic carrying a knock.

Sure was mate, pretty sure he signed for Hearts but has done nothing since.

As for Saints, they've had a couple of good results at Celtic Park in the last few years if memory serves me right - should be a tougher game than Hamilton.

Suggestion today was it was a minor ankle knock and that Rogic should be available to start Saturday and given what happened last night I would think it should be the same starting lineup again Saturday.

Would keep same team as last night with exception of commons back in for Armstrong. Commons poses far greater goal threat even though he's not been on top form recently

The wee * should have been sent off before it . Wee Shooders smoked him down the line and the * just booted him. No intention of playing the ball.
