Hoping it is 40,000 at least, but can't see it breaking that mark. That would still be a fantastic attendance all things considered.

The Ajax home game will be the highest attended of these EL home ties.

I reckon there will be around 40K at the game which is pretty good all things considered and that non ST holders are paying 32 quid for a ticket.

Let's pump this mob. If Molde can pump them away, we can destroy them at Paradise.

40k would imo be dissapointing considering the calibre of players on show and the importance of the tie.

10 years ago we would get 40k at a mid-week cup game :54:

What's with the all things considered crap? What are these exactly ?

I don't get it it's a champions league quality of a team! If it had been last night it would have been sold out for a fact a really don't get why people are avoiding this it's actually says a lot about some people

The usual will happen the dash to the ticket office near kick off big que honestly don't get why people do it to themselves

That of 24 games around Europe tonight, a crowd of 40000 would see us in the top five, no doubt the top three. Some people are utterly obsessed with selling out Celtic Park and fail to realise that the crowds we do get are great as it is.

If you've got a printer at home / work you can buy online and print the tickets off too, no need to wait in that * of a queue.

I've just got a feeling, tonight is James Forrest's night, it's been slowly coming together for him and he's not had the breaks (hitting bar, posts, setting up for people to miss sitteres..) tonights the night he's coming properly alive.*

*or get injured in the warm up, one or the other :fear:

Aye it's been a shame for him. People now throwing in his face the fact he has zero assists and goals, completely ignoring the fact that he has been unlucky hitting the woodwork and some of his set up play has been let down by others poor finishing, or just not being where they should be for some fantastic crosses and low balls across the goal.

Hope you are right and he rips them a new * tonight.

I'm with ye there. Jimmy's night to turn up :50:

Really hoping to see Forrest take on the mantle of being our European out-ball, a bit like Samaras was. Big night again for Griffiths too.. He needs to at the very least have a good game.

Desperate to see Bitton and Brown perform at their best in Europe again too.

Really confident we can bag a win here.

By no means will it be easy,I mean the Celtic way is to make it as difficult as possible on ourself to grind win but I will say 2-1 Celtic.

Commons and Ciftci (sub) with the goals

Away at Molde he was the only one that took responsibility and tried to make things happen. In that respect he has shown he can do it.

The problem is he's our new Samaras in terms of form, can play 3 times in a week and give 3 different performances.

Yup, Markovic as well as def midfielder Souza is out for this game, but this time they will be stronger for defenders Ba & Kjaer and att midfielder Diego who have not played against Molde.

Not overly confident about this one. 3-0 Celtic, Izzy hattrick and a RVP freekick for them.
