Do you understand the concept of "context"? Ronnie came in, thrown in the deep end, and won, not just the league but a cup too, and got us through a tricky group into European football after Xmas and a brilliant tie against Inter Milan. All that during a baptism of fire, if you like. And you call that failure...:52:

Serious question. Did you want Neil Lennon gone at any point in his time here? Because I would say there was just as much, if not more cause for concern at times when he was in charge.

I'm not going to lie I was horrified when Neil was appointed to begin with. After the TM season we turned to a rookie manager with no experience. This was risky and in hindsight it payed off big time.

During the poor times in Lennon's second season I was not as harsh on him as I was on Deila, that's the truth. I bought into what Neil done in his first season massively and I have yet to buy into what Deila is doing. He talks a good game though.

People might not believe this but I really want it to work for Ronny Deila. I think we need stability at our club. I am worried about Ronny though. His inflexibility was a problem 12 months ago now it is an emergency.

I want whats best for our club. The best thing for us is for him to pull it together and improve tactically I cant see him doing this though

...but Paul Lambert could and he's out of a job at present. Knows the game in Scotland. Knows what we're about. Experienced in Europe. Tactically sharp. A real bore when he speaks...but can't have everything. Let's see what happens on Thursday/Sunday and if it's another car crash then ?????

I could just imagine what you would be saying about Deila if he was 12 points behind Rangers, and 3-0 down at half time to Kilmarnock.

And after the shambles of Utrecht beating us 4-0 the season before and Sion humping us the following season.

Holy * * man, I've never seen an overreaction like this in my life. We lost 1 game and suddenly Deila's the worst manager to ever exist and we're gonny get relegated!

Only really 2 main problems i have with Delia,
1/ The treatment of Kris Commons;the team is lacking creativity and a natural midfield goalscoring threat... Other midfield goalscorers GMS? NO Armstrong? No, Biton.Brown obviously No and Forrest? No
    2/ This * zonal marking :38:
    Whats ur thoughts?

Having knowingly fielded illegal 5 illegal players rather than unwittingly bringing on a late substitute. It cost us a higher seed in the EL group hampering our ability to qualify from the group stages.

I see Lawwell has had a word with him.

Is he overreacting as well? Since everything is going swimmingly?

No. But the previous post was comparing the situation now to a time when we had more opposition. As I said context. Too many posters here using this thread to besmirch Neil Lennon at any opportunity.

Very true, don't know why people still want to stick the boot in to Lenny. Gets enough of that off * up here without his own doing it.
