Dont care just as long as we dont get pumped. Embarrassingly the league is now the priority.

The players have to see this as an opertunity to send a message to all of our opponents this season and * put a proper performace in. As usual I'm confident (more hopefull) they will see it that way and we will get a result, a win ideally.
I still wouldn't go off the cliff if we lost, though I would be really disappointed, like the Malmo game in Sweden. They have to remember that and give everything to win from now on. COYBIG :shamrock:

Even if we get beat by a couple goals I don't care if it looked like we played good and with spirit and gave it a good go. If we wimper out like Malmo then I'm truly on the ronny out train.

You might be thanking him after Thursday's game. I honestly can't see anything other than a defeat on Thursday, and I'm fearing a right going over.

Fear the worst here, just can't see us taking anything from this one.

Think it's going to be a long, unenjoyable night.

Performance is more important then a result for me this game I never ever expect anything away from home in Europe but everything has been a bit down for a while a good performance could be the catalyst to kick start are season if it's an other whimper and we lose to hearts Ronny will be under serious pressure

We'll be destroyed 3 or 4 nil. We're absolutely abysmal.

Need to protect the defence, Mulgrew sitting infront of them as an extra barrier between them and midfield. His passing can also cause problems from there. Johansen and Brown can cover the fullbacks or flood the midfield. We can't approach this like we do the Ross County's of the world.

Why change formation though? We just have to play more defensively. With a diamond formation we'll get killed on the wings.

Because we fail to do so in this formation, so change the formation so that we have a player sitting in there to do it.

I'm not too concerned about allowing them to have the ball on the wings, with a flooded midfield they can't play football through the middle, they aren't a get to the byline and cross it in team.

It's the same sort of thimg we done to Barca, force them wode, don't let them get at the centra backs. Plus it's not a pur diamond with two up top, you have an extra man in midfield, allowing Johansen or Brown to join the fullback.
