I am unhappy about Strachan stll playing Pressley and McManus in Defence, Give Bobo a change or Play Odea instead of Pressley.

Btw this isnt a crisis, Celtic just need some new faces thats all

No one is calling it a crisis. All they are doing is questioning if the manger is able to identify suitable players to makre the team stronger. As his track record in the transfer market to date is not great.

Not wanting to hijack the thread here but people need to get real about this supposed need to replace Pressley with O'Dea. Replace one of the best and most experienced (o.k. and slowest lol) centrebacks in the last few years of the SPL with an inexperienced rookie who had a good game or two. May I remind you of a certain David Marshall?

On topic though totally agree with all the rest thats said and great post :)

Will the Strachan haters eat their hats come May when Strachan delivers his third title out of 3? Will they *.

Things will only get worse in years to come?
Well if that's the case, why have we found ourselves progressing during the last few years under Strachan, especially in Europe?

Some "fans" just like to have something to complain about, fickle if you ask me.

m8 if you were working in a factory and you see a work mate do something wrong ,would u tell him,or just let him get on with it or say nothing

if your answer is "tell him"then thats all us so called moaners are doing

if ure answer is "say nothing"to me that would mean u dont care

and if its just let him get on with it,that is fuking dangerous

Support is for the team not the manager the wee mans times up,like it or lump it hes never won over the whole support for reasons unknown.Time for change its not betrayal its a fact of footballing fiscal policy. We are a business and the manager has made to many bad signings and tactical errors so thanks gordon but times are a changing

how much is strachs responsible for the signings? or is that the board?

also, his pish tactical decisions have produced some results worth noting.

Like I have said before , if Strachan goes who comes in, no one on here seems to have any realistic suggestions!

This thread does not make sense as no one has said we are in crisis.
All people are doing is questioning the manager for his management and transfer policy.

Today proved our point for us. To ignore big Bobo for so long in favour of Pressley and Caldwell. Is and was poor judgement on WGS part.

This is something I have questioned also..

When a manager spends big on a player , he usually plays the guy regardless of a dip in form because if the manager drops him it doesn't say much for his judgement.. That makes me wonder about the likes of Gravesen and Roy Keane who never got praise from Strachan and also Riordan who's never been given a chance..

Im pretty sure the board offer opinions on players and identifies possible targets but not sure if they would sign a player without Strachan Ok-ing it.. Adam Virgo was reportedly a Strachan target after being tipped of by Brighton manager Mark Mcghee so if Strachan can make that error he could probably be responsible for all the misfits during his time at Parkhead.. I still back him to get it right in January though..

Just going back to the Board V Manager debate..

At Spurs Im quite sure Darren Bent was a board signing , as was Rebrov a number of seasons back , and at Chelsea Ballack and Shevchenko were board signings too..
