If he ends up as good as agathe was for us I'll be ecstatic.

he needs to use his pace more and beat his man and work on his crossing if he does that he will be first class.

Thought he was much better when he was at wing back at the game, stretched them, constantly looking for the ball and had space to get into. Was the opposite way about for me :56:

Definitely think he will come good with a bit of playing time, he has been out a fair while. Seems strong and solid defensively but just seems to run out of ideas a bit when he gets into the final third. Felt he was checking back too much, I would love to see him just take his man on or get to the line a bit more.

He has some great attributes, hopefully with some coaching he can become excellent for us.

Really liked him tonight. His pace is a weapon.

Thought he was better at wing back he was stretching them down that wing with his speed, I am not a huge fan of using them a lot and relying on their pace to beat a player then swing a ball in especially tonight seeing that Astana were a huge side.

Rough diamond. No doubt we'll polish him and make him a world-class player just in time to sell him to Southampton. :smiley-laughing002:

He's brilliant. Some folk doubting him the last wee while, like with Dembele. Some players just need a bit of time to work their way to form.

Really happy he's beginning to hit his stride. :50:

Just wish he would push the ball past a player and use his pace to get to the byline more often.

He needs to trust himself. He's strong, skilled and quick. Needs to use that more often tho. He held off 2-3 defenders at once around the 75th minute today, * tanking it. Showed a few bursts past his defender as well. Good game tonight!

Doesn't look to have much of a football brain......when going forward anyway.

Never really looked like he knew what to do with the ball....
