As the title says, if we were offered £3-4 million for Naka in January, would you sell him, keep him, or wait till the summer...

Keep him till the summer then would sell him if we were offered 5.5m+.

I wouldn't sell him for less than they paid for Brown, considering he's a better player imo.

Keep him around here * sake. He more than pays his way with the money we rake in from the Japs. He's a class act as well when he's on his game so no reason to sell him. Shooting ourselves in the foot if we do.

my criteria is how much would it cost to replace him with the same quality (assuming we didnt fluke another cheap genius). 4 million would never replace him. Wouldnt sell him for less than 6.

Hes making us money every year, as well as a player hes a cash cow.

Tbh, I think this summer is the last chance to get decent money for him 7m and up...actually I fear that time has passed already.

I know Nakamura is a favourite with many of you who tend to overlook his failings but honestly these kind of threads baffle me.. I reckon he's worth £3 million tops but even then I'd take £2 million for him right now because I reckon we can get a better replacement for that price.. Wayne Routledge has been sitting on his * for Spurs all season and he'd offer a whole lot more to us than a fit Nakamura does.. For all his moments of magic in the oppositions half , he's equally noticeable for being defensively non existent , and a passenger when we play against physical teams..
Mcgeady has taken on the mantle of developing his all round game and we need that from every single player.. Naka can't do that and even though he came into this season jaded after performing for his country , I feel we can progress further as a team without him.. sorry chaps but not sentimentality from me.

1 - We don't need to replace him
2 - He pays for himself near enough
3 - We have money to sign players

so no need to replace him, add to the squad instead of always thinking 1 in 1 out.

Keep him fs, he has quality and that left feet of his is deadly, i would say hes worth around £5m up here but down by he would be going for around £8m.
