    That's much nearer the mark than some of the stuff written earlier (Agathe!) although I would definitely list Lennon in there for his tremendous service, success AND footballing ability.

    Stokes a legend? No way....yeah he has been good for us and has contributed a fair bit but he is far from a legend....definitely more cult hero status.

    I personally wouldn't include Lenny in the legends bracket either, maybe I'm being harsh but as good as he was as a player and a manager I don't think he deserves that accolade.

    EDIT: Probably am being harsh with Lenny as he did work with us as manager through some tough personal times where he was attacked and had bomb and bullet parcels sent to him....he could have backed down and quit but he showed real courage and determination by staying.

    Lennon is 100% a legend.

    Key player in a Treble winning season, key player in a team that brought us out of the * of the 90's, key player getting us to a European final, won leagues and cups with us, captained us, captained us to the last 16 in the Champions League, was a big say when he joined the coaching staff for WGS 3 in a row, stayed loyal as a youth coach when Mowbray tried to push him out of the club, picked up the pieces and turned us around very quickly when he took over from one of the worst managers in our history, won leagues as a manager, won cups, got record points in the Champions League and brought us through to the last 16.

    All the while working under conditions no other player or manager has faced, he was getting death threats, he was getting explosives sent to him. Neil Lennon achieved all he did with us with his life on the line.

    14 years of exceptional service, he is a legend.

    This post is a bit embarrassing for you mate.

    He was here for 4 years as a manager and you've managed to do up a list of 9 bad results..-3 were early in his first season (look how bad Strachan's and Ronny's results were in Europe that early), 3 are against top top European opposition and 1 is against Karagandy which is irrelevant because we won the second leg 3-0.

    Lennon was nether as a player or manager.

    Whats embarrassing is people like yourself that trying and dress him up to be more than he actually was.

    Ive been on to him from day one there is something sinister going on with him regarding Lennon. He spreads false propaganda even though he knows he is telling lies.

    What are you on about ya tube? You said in a thread the last day that if Deila wins the treble this year then he automatically becomes a legend. And yet Lennon is not. Im on too you and no matter how much you change your name I will always know.
