Thanks for that. I'm hoping to go back to Barrhead to visit family this year, and I'll make sure I stop in there for a pint.

The Kings Arms. Mainly a hun shop, but the bar is a U-shaped so there is two sides. The Huns on one side, and the other considered the Tim side but since there is only a couple of us, its more a coalition of other clubs supporters side. But on big match days like European away nights I tend to use McCabes in Largs, cos I can't be bothered with the pish you can get in the Kings during these games.

The Louder Tavern. Quaint wee place where you can enjoy a quiet pint and watch the wildlife in its natural habitat.

Thanks for the advice. Yeah, I was only 9 when we emigrated. If you know any Finnigans or Breslins from Barrhead, I'm probably related to them in some way. All the best. HH

Went to school with Frank Finningan from the bottom scheme? Is this your da!!!:56: Not far from Fereneze is the bottom scheme.

Breslins I knew lived in Auchenbach. Other Finnigans from Neilston?

I left Barrhead when I was 11 , moved up to Cave Man land then!

Best not get too personal -don't know who is watching!! That Cidermaster will be putting Borrheid on his wish list. Lots of wildlife there on his Scottish treks!!!
