    He doesn't have haters.

People suggesting a different option and we automatically hate the guy.

It doesn't matter if he doesn't score because you can just say "ah well he tried and worked the line well". Would be vice versa with Guidetti as well:56:

Seems Ronny doesn't have the same level of tactical knowledge as Jose Slaw.

Celtic team to play @Inter Gordon; Matthews, Denayer, van Dijk, Izaguirre; Brown, Bitton; Mackay-Steven, Johansen, Armstrong; Griffiths (MH)

Looks like it's THUMBS up from Ronny for Leigh then, let's hope he does us proud.

Not really any need to rub it into fellow Celtic fans faces, just because they had a different opinion.

    Yes, you Doogle.

It was more this part that I am (still) * myself at "I think Ronny knows that."

I'm not rubbing it in that Guidetti isn't starting, that'd be childish.

Griffiths heavily involved in the first goal. Brilliant movement to drag two defenders away from the space Armstrong was running into.

    Well done, Ronny and Leigh.

Think we need Guidetti on, the ball in behind isn't working. They seem to be more vulnerable when you get the ball in amongst them. That's what Guidetti's better at.

Would be harsh on Leigh though.

Ronny got this wrong, I'm sad to this, thus far he just hasn't done enough to hold the ball up. Maybe he can prove more effective in the second, I don't know.

I don't think that's what Ronny's hoping for with him, it's the early ball in behind. We've been looking for it all match with little success.

Happy to eat humble pie. I was very wrong. Guidetti posed the bigger goal threat. Griffiths never looked like scoring all night for me.

Griffiths deserved to start, due to form. No doubt who is actually the higher class player though.

Guidetti scored and Griffiths was at the heart of the first goal.

    Fine performance from both.

I am absolutely delighted at Guidetti's goal.

I knew he was a big game player, NEEDS to start in San Siro.

Sadly Griffiths performance reflected what many of us were saying, good domestically but just not up to this level.

A SPECIAL MOMENT FROM OUR BIG SWEDE!!! WHEN IT MATTERED MOST!

I'm sure you are. Matthews was at the heart of the first goal :56:

Griffiths dragged two defenders away to create space for Armstrong, superb movement from Griffiths.

I am delighted, are you not?
