We actually played really well that night and got pickpocketed ,lenny chose to play Ambrose who should have been rested ,but it also shows the importance he held at the time to take that gamble ,Ambrose lost confidence after this and the fans blamed him ,he should have had our support.

 

I'm going to miss this...

I expect interesting game with couple of goals. Guidetti, Armstrong and GMS to start.

It seems to me that Italians always manage to outsmart us. When I think about Juve game at CP, I remember us charging at them like nuts again and again, and suddenly you are 2 goals down and you are scratching your head, thinking what happened. We need to be patient, chances and goals will come, even goalless draw is a good result for us.

We need to be patient with our team and our manager. They are learning, they are developing. I look at this season as on trial period. Ok, expectations like wining the league and at least one domestic cup should be fulfilled, but we still have long way to go in terms of learning and developing. Remember Celtic from last August? After this tie some things will be clearer, and I look forward to find out where are we right now, for example can we tactically and technically compete with teams in Europe, how much certain players have developed, etc.

Looking forward to this, even though I'm not sure what to expect from tonight's game. Watched Inter over the last few weeks and it's been a mixed bag. Seen some good things in our favour and some things which have me apprehensive.

Ideally, I hope to see us be competitive making it difficult for them. I want us to be positive and look to take the game to them.

In saying all of the above. I would be happy to take a scrappy,boring 1-0 win!!!

 

Really looking forward to this, but if I'm honest I'll be very surprised if we take anything from this game.

Still going to shout and sing for 90 minutes though.

 

Been racking my brains and changing my mind up on the line up for days..

I have some concerns about MacKay Steven and Armstrong here, so far they have only played 2 games on small tight pitches and even then Armstrong has spoken about the pace of our tempo and MacKay Steven has been subbed off in both games, I'm sure for those same reasons.
They haven't gotten used to Celtic park (yet) and a game of this magnitude and against this quality might expose them on our massive pitch when having to track back and cover the likes of Izzy and Matthews. I rate both but it's a concern to me, at this early stage in there careers here..

I also think as has been mentioned that we could see a surprise inclusion of wakaso because of his energy, pace and tenacity on the left doubling up possibly on shaquiri..
