I prefer my steak saignant, which is probably somewhere between rare and medium, with Béarnaise sauce, chips with mayonaise and ketchup and a blonde ale.

    Getting hungry now. :smiley-laughing002:

Can't deal with blue or rare, even the sight of it gives me the boak.

Worked in a steak house for 2 years then a Hotel Grill that specialised in steaks.

Personally I've gone from Well done > Medium > Rare and now back at medium. Had a Rare steak that was really cold in the middle and made me feel quite ill the next day and haven't been able to order one like that since.

Medium rare with chips, onion rings, mushrooms and peppercorn sauce. Don't tend to have alcohol with my food, so a nice cold glass of irn bru and ice.

Add some fried tomato and onion with potato rosti and a peppercorn sauce and you have the correct answer

Medium rare is the only way for me. Blue or rare where it is dripping with blood just looks disgusting and no food should be well done.
