Don't think it matters who we are with, it is always 50/50 whether we will get a * top or not.

And to be honest, I couldn't care less. Money please.

Seriously though, would you not rather have a few million extra a season? That's possibly another Armstrong signing each year. Maybe we wouldn't have let Gauld, Robertson or Russell go if we had that extra bit of cash in the bank?

Also, I have no great love for Nike. The quality of our kits is possibly the worst it has ever been and our strips right now are nothing to write home about.

Aye I agree, I basically couldnt give a * if donnay done the strips .. well maybe thats going a bit far :smiley-laughing002:

NB are a good brand are they not ? Do they not specialise in running gear, trainers etc. I assume they are kinda cool just now as well, as my nephew is wearing NB trainers :39:

I wouldn't worry too much about New Balance coming up with horrible designs for our away tops. We've had some absolute stinkers through the years so it'll be a case of no change there. Our away tops are always a bit hit and miss.

As long as they come up with nice home tops I'll be happy. They won't have to try too hard to improve upon the current home strip, it's awful.

    Anyone know why we're changing?

Been told Nike have called it (no reason given) but also heard we've called it, based on poor service from Nike.

We had something called the 'bumble bee top' and people seemed to like it so * it, I challenge them to make something worse than that!

It's not the first time I've struggled to get kit, especially if I've left it late! So yeah, I'm aware we always sell out our allocation! That said I always buy from the club in the hope some pennies go on players! Not sure what it's like elsewhere!
Overall though, wouldn't imagine we'd be down on sales - even with guff strips!
And if Nike are calling it, then maybe they shouldn't have * with the Hoops in the first place!!!!

The bumble bee was one of the best away kits we've had. I hope there's going to be a bumble bee 3.

Absolutely. Just because Nike are the most popular, doesn't mean we can't get the best of both worlds with another brand.

If we get a big pay-out from it and the kit looks alright then what's the fuss?

What we do on the park and how things are run behind the scenes is all that matters. We've got a great stadium and our kit is one of the most-iconic in world football. If it's got a Nike tick or an Adidas sleeve or a New Balance logo makes no difference to whether we win or lose.... Unless the players are embarassed to wear it and go on strike. Can go either way.

Anything to see the back of that awful kit we're in now is fine with me. I adore our away shirts right now but I'd be more than happy to sacrifice them to get a proper set of hoops back.
