2.5x our SF support if we did ask for 50/50
2x our SF support if we ask for 17.5k as expected

Both fair enough as you always get an increase with a Final, that's why Hearts/Hibs/Sheep have all taken 35k-40k to Finals

We also had healthy crowds in the other rounds, 9300 home fans vs Dundee and 2150 traveled to Easter Rd midweek in October for the Quarter Final https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=inDX-kokrQ0

Celtic fans know Hampden better and we always get that end. It's better for yous to get the other end so yous can get off the train at your end as a lot of your fans will come on the train.

I don't see the trouble with the East Stand. It doesn't really matter who has it. You can walk around Hampden in a few minutes. I don't think it'll be that much more convenient for anyone.

That's because you are watching TV games scheduled for us on Friday/Wednesday/Monday at places like you mentioned (nowhere local), Killie,Dingwall,Hamilton in etc in winter, where we aren't likely to take much more than 300-500 for a midweek tv game, but weekend or non televised and you see this season we have taken 3500 to Perth, 2000+ to Aberdeen & Edinburgh, 1500 to Firhill

We have a bigger home and away support than Dundee btw before you go spreading that nonsense :icon_mrgreen:, they are taking around 700-800 tops to places like Aberdeen,Edinburgh and Firhill

Aye i usually go by train but think it'll be a bus this time, was a nightmare finding it on Sat though but we won so wasn't so bad :icon_mrgreen:

United fans know Hampden quite well, probably been there over the last 35 years more than anyone outwith yourself and Deadco

I know both ends well just in the last decade alone, we seem to fair better when in the East stand so that's another reason i'd like us to get it :86:

I prefer the West side for Shawlands etc still hoping (but not expecting) we get the East

Dundee fans will get put in the rangers end, its one of the unwritten rules the two Glasgow teams have the same ends and dressing rooms as usual.

Even still mate, those crowds weekdays and televised, are still shockingly poor. I'll take your word for it but that accies turnout was one of the worst you'll see anywhere this season, close to 100 in my opinion, ross county looked like they had more there..

Good crowds in Aberdeen and Perth but hardly surprising as both are local and derbies..

Again, I'm just going on what I've seen on telly when Dundee are away and for the majority it's been quite healthy, you should have bigger home and away supports, they've been up and down like yo yos whilst you have been successfully reaching semis and finals and getting to Europe. you're support is bigger, as is you're club, maybe you should start showing it:icon_mrgreen:

What away games have you seen them outwith a derby at Tannadice? lol

It's us who have had all the stupid midweek away games to the worst away venues on cold nights, Accies was our lowest away support this season, it was 367 on a freezing Monday night on TV in mid January when cash is low

Stupid scheduling, other stupid ones we have had on TV this season alone, Killie/Motherwell/Ross Couny all Friday night, St Mirren Wednesday night

It says it all that in the above Motherwell Friday game we had 800 fans, then a fortnight later on Saturday afternoon at Fir Park again in the Cup we took 2061, the same day Dundee had 2800 home fans for their TV game with Aberdeen :icon_mrgreen:

Celtic will get the fastened of Hampden and there will be fans who get tkts that haven't been to a Celtic game this season unfair if you have a season tkt and go to away games and can't get one always a bone of contention come finals. Utd wont take a 50% split .

I'd expect Dundee Utd to shift 13,000-15,000. So would mean Celtic get 25,000-28000 after sponsors etc take their cut.

Yes and you judge 367 fans to be 100 so your take on it isn' worth much tbf

They aren't majorly poor though, they are what is to be expected in the circumstances, our crowds are very good these days home and away, i've given you plenty examples

Wont be near as many traveling now it's moved to Sunday 1230 for obvious reasons, i was planning to go by train if it was Saturday 3pm but not possible with the change, our away support has always been excellent for Scottish Cup aways though so who knows, also have a hunch the GMS/Armstrong situation will also have an effect

    Motherwell in previous round

Nah we got 17,500 in 2005 and was sold out with weeks to spare, if we're getting the same it will sell out as would a bit more than that IMO

what if a team has a 10 thousand seater stadium that they sell out every week, would they still get a fraction of the tickets celtic do? It's not the fans fault their stadiums too small.

I assume the same celtic fans who want a larger share of tickets than dundee utd, would be happy to get half the ticket allocation of man utd if we played them in a final?

Tickets for the League Cup final vs Dundee United are priced at £28-£35. Celtic get the north, east & part of the south stand. Dundee Utd get the west & part of the south. Sale info tbc.

Saw on Facebook so unsure of source but sounds plausible
