Ciftci's an excellent shout - big, strong, entertaining and can put them away - plus the added bonus he's played wae both Gary and Stuart.

He seems like a big arrogant * though, but Guidetti I think will be off at the end of the season.

All good in the hood, till we drop a point and all of a sudden the end of the world is looming and the sack deila brigade are back out in force.

I've made threads before seeking the backing of the management and giving him time to implement his ideas and football. It really is starting to click. And as you say, the new young Scottish lads will certainly add some new excitement.

As with any club, we will hit blimps, I just hope we don't all become jekyll and Hyde again.

My only worry is we don't have back up for Brown, when he was injured the whole team struggled.

The fickle nature of football fans (Celtic fans especially) is that we have been spoiled with success, and just like the spoiled wean who only got £100 in a card instead of the £200 it usually gets because it's ma had to cut down a few hours at work.......

Sorry to be a party pooper. Whilst I't pleased with the additions and looking forward to seeing them play, I'm keeping my excitement in check until we've put 4 or 5 good performances in.

The game against Ross County was dire, so the counter is on one.

I also think there are far too many players at the club just now. In addition to the two teams listed we have Tonev, Wakusa JIB, Mc Geough, etc who either need games to progress or need to be shown the door.

We need to offload Zaluska too. Him and Efe are the real bombscares.

I think if we signed Ciftci and guidetti. With GMS and Armstrong playing too in the team i posted, that we wouldn't be worrying about CL qualifiers. That's a side who'd be qualifying without a problem.

Domestically against the championship club Sevco no we shouldnt judge Delia, their display was one of the most feeble and pitiful I've ever seen on a football park! As for the Inter games as I've said I'm not expecting us to beat them but in Lennys time for example we competed very well against teams with a lot more resources than us or even Inter who are really struggling right now so It will be interesting to see quite how far off them we have become and how we fare against the likes of them.

Not having a strong challenge in the league has been a blessing. Meant he's been given time which sadly managers tend not to get because of impatient fans.

Loved the way he spoke when he got the job and enjoying the progress.

Just seen our recent stats. Never realised we were doing so well.

Nobody is judging Deila based on one result at the weekend. I certainly haven't see anybody making up their mind on him based on it. We competed extremely well in the year we got to the last 16 with teams that had more resources than us, last year, I don't think we did though. It's hard to say if we have improved in Europe this year compared with last in my opinion, I don't think we have been any worse, I'll say that much.

Im optimistic. Signing good young scottish international players with potential and who are established in the SPL. Who want to play for Celtic.

I'm not convinced Armstrong and GMS will go right into the team. Armstrong will be fighting for Johansens position you would think. GMS up against Stokes and Commons.

    Gordon
    Lustig VVD Denayer Izzy
    Brown Bitton
    Armstrong/Commons Johansen GMS/Stokes
    Griffiths

Thats how I'd line up. Commons could play in any attacking midfield position, and Johansen could play in any midfield position. It could change depending on form/fitness. Looks decent.

If by some miracle we keep van dijk and get denayer again I'd be happy with that for the CL qualifiers ,think griffiths will prove himself worthy to all Celtic fans by the end if the season and we wont give a * when guidetti leaves.

I've liked what this management team have been advocating pretty much since day one so I'm delighted to see things are beginning to take shape especially over the last 2 or 3 months.

With regards to the starting 11 I still think our strongest line up is the one which started on Sunday (perhaps Guidetti in for Griffiths). GMS and Armstrong will most likely turn out good additions to the squad but both will have to earn their places like everyone else.
