    He can, but he doesn't do it often enough. I think someone mentioned yesterday he's not suited to the modern "pass and move" game, especially the way we play. He'd probably be our most talented player but that doesn't mean much if he doesn't produce it. Would much rather stick with guys like Commons, Armstrong, GMS and Johansen.

    But he's a different player from at least both Armstrong and Johanson. And thats four players, plus Forrest, to cover three positions for a whole season, which will hopefully include the CL.

    Wasn't Sunderland meant have bid in from him.
    he stay in epl and Sunderland not far from Glasgow so he can return home easier than from Everton.
    I don't see him taking massive pay cut til come to celtic.
    can't see Pete offering him anymore than 25k a week.
    I say he on 40k easy at everton

    McGeady and GMS on each flank would be brilliant. Bet GMS could learn a thing or two as well, so would like to see McGeady back at the club. If he has a good engine, I'm sure he will fit into the system. Players with a natural talent like McGeady have no problems adjusting theire game, unless the ego is in the way.

    Can't understand why so many folk want him back!?!? He was massively overrated IMO and only had one really good season. But throughout his time with is he was completely devoid of any kind of final ball / cross / end product - something totally essential given his position in the team!!!!
