edit: Mightn't be so bad if APOEL crash out (which I doubt they will). If, as predicted, all the seeded sides keep qualifying through the rounds, in the play-off round we are the lowest ranked seeded side (39.080) behind Basle, Plzen, RB Salzburg and Steaua Bucharest. The highest ranked non-seeds would be APOEL (35.460) then BATE (35.150).

Would be nice for APOEL and BATE to * up and us to create a bit of a comfort zone.

Two of the worst dives you'll ever see for a pen and the ref waved them away with no card but 2 decent challenges after both dives and the hoachin ref has booked 2 welsh players, scandalous officiating..

The Hungarians are woefully bad..

Hope Maribor get through as i don't fancy another trip to Kazahkstan. Maybe avoid Molde too

 

Wouldn't mind Molde at all with Ronny's knowledge of them..

Pretty confident whoever we get. Won't matter too much but I hope we really send out a message tomorrow and score quite a few goals (which I think we will) to get the confidence sky high. Even though Sociedad was a friendly, I think we'll be feeling pretty good about ourselves after that win as well..

 

Ludo getting knocked out would be preferable. Knowing Celtic, we'll get the toughest team in the draw. It can't go as bad as last year.

 

We're saying we're worried about getting a hard 3rd Round Qualifier but lads, if we can't beat Molde or APOEL or whoever it is yer worried about, how are we gonna get out of the group or even come 3rd in the group?

 

I'd be ecstatic just to get in..

 

Folk are naturally wanting the easier passage through.

 

Maribor were 8/11 tonight , eyes nearly popped out of my head when I seen it. Dropped the phone and went running to the bookies straight away.

 

Draw for the 3rd Round is on Friday. Let's hope it's a good one for the Bhoys.

 

A few shock results tonight in the qualifiers. Unless several seeded teams turn it around, we'll be facing a much easier qualifying campaign.

Hibernians beat maccabi tel aviv, what a fantastic result that is for them.

All of them, bar the Albanian, the Azeri and the Finnish team have a realistic chance against us. But I only would hope to avoid Lech Poznan from those, and in a lesser degree, Maccabi Tel Aviv, Partizan and Malmö. Malmö actually are having a terrible form, I will see them tomorrow and report if they look any dangerous
