Are the players playing for Ronny

Just curious to hear other thoughts about this. Heard it mentioned again today but i don't agree. The team look motivated enough for me. When we score everyone seems to celebrate. I know that doesn't necessarilly mean anything with regards to the managet but i don't buy the line 'Ronnys lost the dressing room' tho.

I would say yes they are. Commons will be a bit disgruntled and Virgil maybe has one foot out the door, but I can't imagine who else is rebelling against him?

 

Yes, just need to watch the players after the games. Hugging ronny and celebrating along side him. Definitely playing for him, how can't you with him having so much passion?

Yes they are now at the start I was not so sure,but I get the impression something changed a couple of months back,and the players finally got what he's trying to implement on the field,even if loads of our fans can't seem to grasp it

I doubted it for a while, now I believe they are. You can see it after the games especially. I've also noticed a lot of iinteractions between player and dugout during the match.. 100% playing for Ronny.

The past few weeks in particular have been evident of that, it's sheer garlicky that we haven't been trouncing teams, given the chances.

I heard they play for Celtic.... If they never done what a manager said, I'd quickly ship them out.

 

This, we are a professional club and I'd expect the players at this club to have that mentality. Players must want to improve themselves and to do better for the club and team. It's partly up to the manager and coaching staff to make sure the players feel that way and not get too comfortable.

I get the feeling Ronny feels that way too and he is probably fairly strict but absolutely fair on the players, He isn't afraid to play his fittest eleven or drop a striker who is not performing, he also allows lots of youth players opportunities in his teams.

If I were a player under a manager like that, knowing that so long as I turn up at training and put in the effort I have a good chance of playing in the first team. I would adore that.

I would think so. Lots of people on the board are hopeful about him despite his early results. I hope this team is truly on the brink.
