Just out of interest, I'm not looking to praise or slate the wee man on this thread, its just something i've been thinking about and wondering what you think?

I struggled between Agathe and Jacki as i loved wee jacki, but Agathe at his best was awesome.
I also was unsure about Naylor for obvious reasons, on last years form he was a definite, on this years form, i would be inclined to look at a makeshift such as Pearson.

I also played around with a 3 5 2 system, but i thought this team looks better.

 

Bellamy left before Strachan joined the club.

 

No he didn't, he didn't play for Strachan, but he was contracted still and Strachan decided whether to try and keep him or use the funds to bring in various players. As i remember it.

 

I don't think that's the best team under Strachan's reign.

i started to go for a team but then midfield just couldnt think who to play, e.g mcgeady current form, maloney, naka, brown, petrov, lennon, sno

 

They were thinking of buying him after his loan but Bellamy never played under GS

 

I know its maybe splittin hairs, but i think (although i could be mistaken) that his loan spell was not fully complete when Strachan signed.
Anyway, I really liked him and wanted him in my team.
If i can't have him i'd put Sutton up front and bring Petrov off the bench to partner Moloney in the centre.

Defo BTG, O'dae would be my first pick, i think given the chance he could be an absolute peach of a Celtic player. Has everything.

 

no place for sutton. i liked him under martin o'neil and he would be in my MON team. but did not really play under strachan.

 

good to see someone else agrees about o'dea!

i was in san siro and that guy never put a foot wrong and only 19!

i think people must remember mcmanus broke through at 23 and in my opinion there is not 4 years between them on the pitch so i would like to see o'dea play... but it cant as mick is captain

* laursen i think left same time as bellamy.. he was better than naylor and is now first choice in danish national team believe it or not.

i also dont think scott brown merits a place.. i am maybe the only one who expected more of him but i dont think i appreciate his style as much as most... he should be more composed i think.

The Bellamy thing is clutching at straws Lubo mate, he didn't ever play under Strachan at Celtic so you can't really put him in Strachans best XI. Nice try tho
