Poor ref. He let his assistant call the first penalty and then ignored him for the second when he clearly called a foot block.

I rate McManamon very highly, glad he finally broke into that team.

The boys in the North inner city made me an honourary Dub, so I watch out for me second county:50:

I think Brogan, Paul Flynn, Connolly, Kilkenny are all better plays, Kevin McManamon is a very different player to all of them though.

Connolly is the most talented for us by some distance but Kevin is a cult hero absolutely love Kevin to do that against Kerry twice has him written on Dublin folklore actually hate seeing him start cus it kinda ruins the thing haha

Brogan is overrated. He took over Jason Sherlocks role as the hero forward. He squanders way more than he scores. I think he would be lost in a team than would do not dominate possession.

Not mad about Brogan either after that "free" in 2011 but a lot of the time he's double marked, I know we do it anyway all though Ollie Lyons usually does a decent job on him anyway.

Kildare are a poor shower these days. Wish either them or meath would get a bit stronger, or both, to make the province competitive.

Antrim are a bad shower as usual. Sean Quigley beat them on his own today

Ah it's shocking how far we have regressed. The clubs letting McGeeney go was a terrible decision and Jason Ryan just isn't good enough the players don't believe in him, going by interviews I don't think he has any belief in the players. The sooner we get a new manager in the better, either Cian O'Neill or Tony McEntee would be good. With a bit of luck we get some of the players we have lost back as well the likes of Paddy Brophy, Sean Hurley, Mick Foley, Hugh McGrillen, Kevin Feely and Morgan Flats would be great additions. We also have had decent underage success the last few years. A lot depends on the county board and the manager they pick.

That annoys me about counties like Kildare, loads of underage success that never translates into the seniors. Antrim are the same, but you can probably go the way down and find that in both case the county boards are to blame.

Theres no lack of talent in either county, but there is no belief in the players from the county board from no age, so how are you to foster a winning mentality?
