The same Tony Mowbray that brought Scott Brown on to play at left back in a 1-0 loss against Kilmarnock, and finished the game with 5 strikers on the park in a 4-0 defeat at the hands of St. Mirren. Right you are.

    Manager of the month.

    9 straight wins.

    Top of the league.

    European football AFTER Christmas.

Still in the hunt for a domestic treble.

    Need I continue???

Very flattering list. Thankfully his extremely poor performances have been paying off by the skin of our teeth.

I can count on one hand the amount of games all season where we've actually looked half decent.

On a brighter note, thought we played really well against Motherwell on Saturday and hopefully we start to pick up from there.

He still continues to play Nir Biton and Efe Ambrose, what the * he sees in either "player" i'll never know. And for * sake get Commons playing more than 10 minutes. Player of the season last year man

we havent been playing that bad.most of the games we have lost and drawn won in the league this season we have been the better team with more possesion, more shots on goal.

ambrose is playing because denayer is injured.hes a good utility player.and we dont have anyone else to play there except oconnel whos still too young and inexprianced and mulgrew who the past two managers have seen as a cm.

biton has been good last 2 games and think * will be a player for us.

i love commons but why play him when we have an arguably a better faster younger version of him in johansen.

This season will be purely experimental for Deila, next season will be where the real battle begins.

I'm not a massive fan of Bitton, but he is a superstar compared to how Mulgrew looks in the middle of the park at the minute.

Also don't understand the thinking behind your point about Commons. Johansen has been our best player since getting moved into the number 10 role.

Couldn't agree more! And well done for having your own view and not getting abuse for it.

I like Ronny think our play would be a lot better if we played out and out wingers instead of McGregor and Stokes cutting inside on their stronger foot, far to predictable,if McGregor isn't good enough to play in the middle behind striker I wouldn't play him, quite like Stokes don't think left wing is his best position though

"all about opinions" lol but I agree with yours , think Biton is a clever player and tbf to efe he has played well since he's came back in.

on commons he has been a great player for us in the past, but imo the 2 most important words there are "has" and "past" loved commons in his first season not soo much his 2nd and last year he did score a barrel load of goals but thought that overshadowed a lot of his crap play tbh.

I doubted Deila quite a lot around the time of the Hamilton defeat, but I did say I wanted him to succeed and if he would just win 7 or 8 games in a row I'd start to get back him. To be fair, he has done that.

The performances have been a bit iffy at times, but at other times we've played very well and you can see the vision starting to come through.

I'm not sure about his tactics yet, but I feel now that it's starting to come together. He'll need another transfer window or 2 to get players in to play his way.

I suppose the bottom line is I feel more confident now that he can deliver domestic success at least in the current climate, which will certainly buy him time to achieve something in Europe.

Think he has done okay so far, can only properly judge come the end of the season. Will need his own players to fully implement his philosophy.

Can't believe there are people who still want Ronny out he is doing a wonderful job, its a nice feeling to go into a game this week knowing we have qualified and can just go there and play our normal game, yes were not scoring a lot of goals in the league but one day all those missed chances will go in and a team will get a real hammering from us, next season for me will be when we see the Ronny Philosophy take place this season he will win at least 2 cups I would happily sacrifice the Scottish Cup for a nice long run in the Europa as well

This. Fed up people moaning it's only 1-0 when we've missed 5 or 6 sitters. That's the freak nature of football. It's only a real concern when the chances aren't being made.

Yip...pretty much agree. He cant make the strikers take their chances. All i know is i keep seeing a lot of chances being created.
He must be allowed the whole season unless there is an almighty collapse....then we can make a fair assessment of his first year.

Efe and Bitton have been two standout players since coming back into the squad. Some * are just ignorant.

You have got to be kidding about Ambrose! Have you been to any matches he has played? What about the Dundee match when he had the ball at his feet and swung and missed it!?!

The whole ground was laughing at him. He was all over the place and left gaps on numerous occasions. He barely hit a pass on target.

I have honestly always stuck up for him but enough is enough.
