We seem to splash out more when they are forign nationals. If Armstrong was belgian or spanish or something wed probably whack the 2.5 on the table.
This is a guy we have all seen plenty of and can play in the SPL and suits our system. We KNOW what we are getting. Get it Done Celtic or we will have learned * all from previous years , Fletcher, McCarthy, Robertson etc etc.

Unfortunately we're miles behind and out of touch with the footballing world. I don't blame Lawell but it shows what we're up against when sides like Fulham can easily spend £11 million on utter dross like Ross MacCormack and we're unsure of whether £2.5 million is worth it for two genuinely talented Scottish players.

I do blame Lawell, he is the guy who sanctioned moves for boerrigter, Pukki and Balde for decent money but won't splash an extra few hundred k on proven scottish talent. Will be a joke if we don't get this done.
