    cereal or toast in the morning..
    but come sunday, it's either a fry-up or toasted croissants with crispy bacon and sliced mushrooms.

    Cereal Monday-Saturday and a fry up on a Sunday although I also have a habit of waking up very early and on those days I usually stick 10-12 mini sausage rolls in the oven and have those for breakfast instead.

    Then i usually take some cereal and then fried breakfast before getting missus to help me work off those calories i have just put on. :icon_mrgreen:
