Ronny started slowly at Strømsgodset and I am not comparing Celtic to them i am just saying when he got his Philosophy and his work ethic through to the players they went on to win a cup and their first title in 43 years this isn't a man without ability this is a man very highly thought of in the footballing world and a man who needs time and support from us fans u cannot judge someone in a short few months if we got rid of Strachan when fans screamed it at the start we wouldn't have a bundle of trophies and some very exciting champions league nights what if we got rid of Larsson when he scored an own goal and fans were calling him a donkey and useless ? give the man time if its still not working for him at the start of next year then fair enough.

 

When the big league next door us awash with TV revenues, any player who shows up well will attract market-value offers from clubs in a bigger league.

It's true we need to try to keep our best players, but the only way to do that is to stop spending money on transfers and only sign out of contract players, then pay them more. Not many would tolerate that.

 

That is why Warsaw annihilated us. He doesn't have a clue. Playing high wingers and 1 central striker at home in the SPFL is mental. Teams will let us have the ball because we can do * all with it and then hit us. I've been to every home game this season, and everybody is * off. Nobody enjoys watching the * we have been served up. Dundee United aside, the performances have been far below par. I don't hear anybody calling for his head yet, but certainly doubting his ability.

 

It laughable take Berget for example a lot of people where creaming themselves after his performance against united saying "sign him up" ect. Then next game he plays and he has a nightmare and the same people who where on saying 'sign him up' the week before, are calling him a waste of space and useless

To refresh your memory there were legions on here calling for Lenny to go, and yes I was one of them,so what ?, we had justification for wanting Lenny binned at the time, and talking of * it was Stokes who saved Lenny's * three times.

The difference with Lenny and Deila is at least Lenny had an affinity with the club. Deila has no affinity with the club, he dozen't know what he has landed in, and he hasn't a clue how to handle it, yet you and others want to give him more time .

Today, we were chasing the game at home. If he had sat with four at the back marking Sutton, people would be rightly saying he was an idiot for not throwing the kitchen sink at Motherwell.

Warsaw was a peculiar game in many respects. Our players were exhausted after 20 minutes. That is why ronny has soft-pedalled on the training regimes; the same regimes his players at Stromsgodset were managing no problem.
