Naw,he's just not a loan player, you see we have a manager who brings through young players and has no time for loan players,so he does.

Or is it,he wont play young players and loves loan players, och * it,Ronny talks so much * at times its hard to keep up with him:icon_mrgreen:

Feel a bit sorry for Henderson, his performances last season warrants a place in the first team. Particularly with Johansen playing so poorly.

If we are looking comfortable in games, although that seems be unlikely at the moment i would be giving Broonie a rest and putting him on.Brown will be burnt out after a year of this two man midfield nonsense and Johansson looks like he already is.

Caught him eating a piece that wasn't made with low fat butter so he won't be in the first team for the next 3 months now as punishment

He's done nothing wrong in a Celtic shirt so far except get sent off in a friendly, unless Deila's super harsh and is still mad at the boy for that then he should be at least making the bench in SPFL games.

No way he could do worse than Mulgrew or Johansen so far this season and i'd have him ahead of Kayal as well personally who I think is just a headless chicken these days.

Ronny's meant to be bringing through the youths but apart from McGregor, who has gone off the boil, and a tiny bit of O'Connell we've seen none of our own kids come through this year which is disappointing.

Hendo , mcmullan and waters all started for Scotland under 19's again today..

Drew 0-0 with Lithuania and look all but out now..

2 * results, 2 up against the fins with 10 left and drew then again today against the worst team and Norway next..

As with many of our problems Ronnie has created problems with our supporters by allowing the media to report many things that he has no intention of carrying out . Not only were we led to believe that he would be developing youths, he wouldn't be signing loan players , he would treat us to exciting attractive football and he would bring Celtic to a new level.
I know it is early days but it's only the last target that he has reached and unfortunately for Celtic its a new low level .

Our youth set up is far from pish , it does well at every age in all competitions..

Where we fall short is the jump from youth to Celtic first team, that needs worked on..

I actually agree with this also. Weve had young players who have had the ability in the past but have just had a raw deal. Mulgrew had a really good spell on loan at Dundee Utd and when he came back to us he didnt get a decent crack of the whip.

Fisher has shown he can do it and was in the team for a good spell but with the competition from Lustig and Matthews has suffered. Id have him at right back over Ambrose.

Liam Henderson... Thers been a few.

    I was being sarcastic.

Anything and everything wrong at the moment gets blamed on Ronny.

Henderson was a favourite while Lennon was manager, that's become abundantly clear now that Ronny has taken over. Ronny came in and he was all about bringing in youth players and he done this excellently at Stromgodset. Henderson is another huge talent, and if McGregor wasn't back at Celtic, he would probably be starting for the first team. McGregor is one of Ronny's favourites, he's started almost every game. Who knows though, he knew what he was doing at Godset, so maybe he knows what he's doing here? In terms of youth that is. Henderson will get his chances, he's a huge talent, and he's banging them in for the development side at the moment. It looks like it's back to square one for him at the moment though, having to impress Ronny!

The other thing worth bearing in mind is that Ronny's already under pressure and would be out the door if he started youngsters over established players and results didn't go our way. We'll see Henderson soon enough if things pick up.

Watched him in Scotland game yesterday, he looked very good was head and shoulders above every other player in his understanding of the game. Think he started just off the striker and was picking the ball up in nice areas, good touch and good close control was spraying the passes about in smart areas was really impressed with what i seen. Think he will be suited to playing in that role commons is in we need a smart player in there and liam could very well be that starting to adds goals to his game now as well.

He is not the answer and neither is any of our youth just now.

Get your core or spine functioning and consistent and then look at integrating these guys.

This is were I feel a tad sorry for Ronny, some expect him to do at Celtic what he did at Godset ffs.
Its like being the manager of your local Newsagents and some expect you to take over ASDA,not his fault.
