The Fan incident

That fan will cost us big time - what a * *. He should be ashamed. So should Dida - * *. To be honest though, I did laugh when SKY showed the "goalline" camera angle just incase anyone wanted to make sure the punch was above the belt.

I'm getting tired of such * soccer players. They have no pride and will milk anything to the end to gain an advantage.

 

UEFA will realise it was just one fan and not an assault really. He'll be banned from CP and we may be fined, but if Celtic come out with a sincere apology we'll probably keep the points.

The danish nationalteam lost 3-0 (UEFA decision) to Sweden after they earlier this summer got a fan on the pitch in a match.

Hope the 2-1 victory will stay as result.

 

* hope so. He has probobally ruined all the work done from the real fans over years and years with that action - i hope not though.

 

That was a real assault on a referee though, and the match was abandoned. We finished the game and it wasn't really an assault.

UEFA will come down heavy on us though.

 

Celtic will make a comment rejecting it, which could save us a real penalty.

 

That goalie reminded me of Rivaldo in the worldcup some years ago when he flip flopped rolling on grass holding his face, when a ball tapped him on his thigh. It's one of those circumstances where it's so obviously ridiculous, I would be too embarrassed to do that had I been that goalie.

Why focus so much on what the fan did? Of course he should not have run on the field, and he should be banned. But Dida barely even got touched and should be up for an acting award. The anger here should be primarily against Dida (and UEFA if they decide to take points off), not just the fan. The whole thing is a joke, an absolute joke. You think UEFA would dock points if Dida didn't pretend like he just got clobbered by a Mike Tyson uppercut?

Dida is the biggest * in the world after that stunt, and the current state of the game with players everywhere acting it up just so they can gain an advantage is an embarassment to the sport of football.
