Lived there for two years. Really like the place though if I was moving back to a city I'd want to go home to Glasgow. You get a bit of stick but don't think it's really any different to any two big cities that are pretty close together. One thing I did find baffling was being accused of being a glory hunter due to being a Celtic fan, and that was coming from folk who knew I'd lived in Glasgow until I was 28 and grew up during the filths 9 in a row.

Aye, except half of your cities population will have moved to Wales in a huff, leaving our young teams to tear Glasgow a new hole. Unlucky.

To be fair, my initial anger at Hibs getting relegated can't be as strong as you lot watching the queen march into Parkhead and getting a rendition of GSTQ on the go whilst red, white and blue flew through the air.

Im from edinburgh and i * hate the attitude most people have here i cant stand going on a night out in edinburgh most people are right up ther own * think they are better than everyone. Ive been going to glasgow for nights out for years and never once had a problem always got on with them had a laugh no matter how * i was. Only once got in bother when i jumped off celtic bus next to rangers fans steaming i got punched withing secs had the biggest black eye ever hahaha but aparrt from that i prefer people from glasgow to edinburgh .

Well tbf I stopped a guy for directions on Tuesday night and he went out his way to help me, he had a daft accent so I'm assuming he was an Embra native.

Apart from your pish chippies and misuse of the word teuchter I'm on your side though.

But on the subject of chippies, a Fifer is exactly what you need. Anstruther is in the Kingdom after all

I went to a pub in Edinburgh years ago and tbh i found most of the people a bit anti social, all i wanted was a laugh, a sing along and a bit of banter.

Mind you i didn't realise it was a funeral party.
