CALLING ALL PC WIZARDS

:bbpd:Right lads and lassies, i am challenging all of you to come up with a good idea for a tattoo im getting, i have attached the general idea that i want,but it will need a bit of tweeking on photo-shop i think.

I want the word celtic done in a scroll effect arcing in a half moon down the way over the top of his head,i also want to cut out the white/grey back ground around him and have the seven stars arcing upwards under him...hope this is not to tricky,i have tried to do it on my PS, but i'm not up to speed on it yet.
I know there is plenty of you'z out there able to do it, i hope tiesto has a go.. anyway there is a 'tenner' in it for the one i think i might use..
